Excellent location for anyone visiting the Polanco area. Comfortable rooms with all the services and nice views of the city. The lobby is spacious and attractively designed, restaurants with different cooking options. Needs to improve: Check out is slow, and room cleaning was done late, around 3pm.

Have stayed at this hotel twice for extended stays each time. Great service, excellent food and wonderful location. Have traveled the world and this hotel is in the top ten of the hundreds of hotel stays.

The location is great, if not a ways from the airport. This is a very large property, smallish rooms but well appointed. A bit impersonal compared to most properties I have visited. The club lounge is better than some, but not the best. Probably perfect for Mr Business..not so much for couples and leisure travelers looking for an experience.

Competition much better choices in terms of restaurants. Reception desk made a major mistake with my bill. Charging the bill twice. Food is not great. Restaurants are over rated. Rooms are excellent. Location great, but so is presidente and Marriott. This Hyatt needs to step up to the level...

If you want to be in a safe and commercial/residential area with great restaurants and culture, Polanco is it. However, there are a few hotel options, even right next door to the Hyatt and having tried them all, I would say the Hyatt is NOT your best bet and the prices reflect that. Perhaps I was just unlucky or there...

As a regular visitor to Mexico City my wife and I thought we would try The Regency for the last 4 nights of our stay in Mexico. The idea was to make use of the pool and gym facilities whilst there and we also used the spa for treatments(extra cost). Polanco is a very wealthy area of Mexico City and...

Fabulous hotel with superb amenities and excellent service. Location could not be better, with all the restaurants and shops in the Polanco area on one side, and the Nacional Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec park on the other. Rooms were beautiful, but all the common spaces, including restaurants, fitness room and the pool were even more impressive. Our children particularly...
