I would suggest upgrade to regency club it's worth it for free drinks and breakfast to start your day. As for the city, I always felt safe and...

Spent the weekend at the Hyatt Regency. Check in was easy, and given a high floor room as requested. Very spectacular views over the city from my perch on the 32nd floor! Room is average in size, but well appointed and very clean. The bathroom is all marble, and features a deep tub and great water pressure for the shower....

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is amazing and the staff couldn't have been better. The surrounding area is very upscale. The hotel pool and spa is great.

The area is great, right in front of Bosque de Chapultepec, across from the Auditorio Nacional, plenty of good restaurants around the area and centric for everything you wish to do, try not to fall for the "upgraded room"

I visited this hotel at the end of December, and the hotel and amenities are great. The pool, the restaurants downstairs, and the club lounges were good. When we came in we were greeted but then proceeded to our check-in at the executive floor. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The only negative I found was actually the...

I had some issues with inclusion of breakfast in my stay but management contacted me promptly and it was solved. By the way breakfast is very good,...
