great location, safe and walkable surroundings. very well managed hotel. clean rooms with very comfortable beds and bedding. friendly staff und excellent service. i will definitely stay here again on my next visit to mexico city.
During the pandemic it worked well for our situation. The hotel was not to busy - we felt safe and secure. They are trying to keep all their guests healthy and safe and run the hotel with fewer guests. The breakfast included usually is a buffet but now is table service but a great selection. We had a suite with a balcony with lots of room. I have been back there a couple times now and would certainly go back again in the New Year.
I really liked this hotel. I stayed there for 2 weeks, and I had no huge issues with this hotel at all. The price I paid per night ($84 with all taxes) for a Premium Room was totally reasonable. The hotel is pet friendly, which is a big plus if you travel with cats or dogs. The hotel’s location is really nice. The area known as Reforma is a very modern, clean and safe area in general. There are a lot of restaurants, bars (including many gay bars) and shopping options around. There is a little 24hr mini-mart right next to the hotel’s building if you need to get drinks or snacks. The hotel’s staff is super nice and super friendly. Everybody speaks good English. The hotel’s lobby is huge, there is a lot of space there. Also it was perfectly clean all the time. So if you have to wait for check-in or have to wait after check out, you will feel good sitting on comfortable sofas. The hotel has 3 elevators, 2 elevators in the lobby and one additional off to the left side of the building. The elevators are big and fast. I got room (#1507) on the highest floor with a great city view as I requested a few days before checking-in. My room had a lot of space and a lot of natural day light, it was perfectly clean when I checked in. The room was updated, but I must mention that its design was too simple, they could have design it more stylish. My bed was okay comfortable, I would like the mattress softer than it was. I also did not like the closet, there was not a lot of space inside of it to put my clothes and shoes there. Otherwise, I really liked the size of the bathroom, there was a lot of space, the toilet was separated by a door. The shower stall was huge. The bathroom amenities were okay, but I bought my own shower gel and shampoo, that I like. Also I did not like that the toilet did not have a toilet brush for cleaning, and the hotel could not provide me one, so I had to buy my own. The last thing that was problematic was the WiFi. I did not like the Wi-Fi, which was working extremely slow. It took like 5-7 min to upload a 1 minute video to my social media and I could not even get a 2 minute video to upload. I ended up uploading it from another place. Regardless, in general the hotel is very good and I would totally recommend it if you go to Mexico City.…
Good first impression, good staff nice welcoming, quick check in nice location, good wifi, nice big bed No toothbrush No glasses if you want to zip a cold one, minibar empty when arriving, thats happen in many hotels and i dont understand why, after a long flight you want a cold drink ,not to go out to buy or call roomservice for that, also says breakfast bufee´,its more like a american breakfast 2 eggs, 2 toast ,orange juice and tea or coffe, but its ok for me when its included, overall its a place i can think of to come back to
Excelent service from the team. Great breakfast. Room was very clean. Easy access to taxi an walking distance to restaurants. They save my day by letting me stay longer in the room to complete my meetings!!
