Ana American Express , recommended this hotel to us, and took care of making the reservation, we arrived on Sunday 12, according to American Express we would have an upgrade room. The person to the from b desk, who attended us upon arrival, after waiting several minutes, not the nicest and profesional person you expect to take care of you. We had an upgrade to a Junior Suite which she did not give us. My wife is a person with disabilities bathroom and shower, do not have the accessories for the and safety of people with disabilities. For two people there was only one set of towels, one of which was dirty, we called several times, and the problem with the towels was not solved as well as other issues .I decided to go down and talk to the manager, which I consider very profesional, she take care all. Thanks to Maria Lazalde. Thanks also to Eric, who made my stay different. The restaurant, which for my concept is a cafeteria, the prices are very high for the type of food as well the breakfast, completely disappointed, better places outside the hotel. Due to the bad experience I had during my stay, I would not uses this Hotel again . I would not recommend it.…
Our stay in this hotel has been delightful. Excellent customer service, the hotel itself is pretty modern, in the heart of Zona Rosa, close to everything. The accommodations are really nice, rooms are great, with wonderful views and the decoration on point. Restaurant food is delicious. The host Jesus is very kind and caring, and he lead us to the Liverpool Tours office inside the hotel. This tour agency was our daily plan choice by excellence, with too many options to choose, and private tours as well. Our guide was Porfirio, and he did and excellent job, very knowlable of all the landmarks, history, culture and above everything, very respectful and kind. My recommendation, check the tours with the agency first, and all the packages they offer.
The hotel is a great hotel for its value. Great location and great service. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the hotel rooms can be a bit noisy due to it’s proximity to nightlife and all the clubs. Also the towels they provide could use some revamping. A bit old. Otherwise everything else is great. Not to mention a waiter we had in the hotel restaurant, Adrian, who served us every time we were there. He should teach a course in hospitality. Great guy.
Could use friendlier staff, decent location but we booked here to get relaxing sun time but one concierge told me there is a joke about the pool not being open with the sun hits it. Beware of the time of year that you booked. We only got it for a couple of hours from 8am at the end of Feb. Drinks and atmosphere in restaurant bar could be improved.
The rooms are nice, service is very friendly and the location is great! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel while visiting Mexico City. Also, very convenient to the Metro Insurgentes station and Reforma Boulevard.
We were here for a cultural visit and did a workshop in the hotel. Cpt Marco Antonio and Mersero Bruno (assistant) were extremely gracious and helpful in our set-up. We were able to deliver a professional and smooth presentation thanks to their attention. We also really enjoyed the elder statesman on the door, Mr. Jesus, who is proud to welcome guests to his beautiful city!
Positive: - Excellent junior suite with an impressive view of Mexico City from the upper floors - Perfect location between Reforma and Roma - Good value for money - Well-heated pool and a small gym - Easy check-in/check-out (you can even select your room during online check-in) - Kind and helpful staff Negative: - I was informed that there is no heating at the hotel, which left the room a bit cold in February :(
Spent 5 nights hear in February. Check in was a little long due to a reservation issue with the people in front of us. It’s not a luxury hotel. But it’s a nice hotel. Clean. Average rooms. The location makes it a terrific place to stay with everything you can do in the area. Restaurants, bars etc. All in close walking distance. Close to the metro, yes it’s safe, convenient and only 5 pesos and Centro, and Chapultepec park. All great places to visit nearby. The concierges are the best part of this hotel. Incredibly helpful and kind. Always ready to help with any Inquiry. One reason we booked here was to have an outdoor pool. Even though day time temps were ideal for a pool it never gets any sun so was useless and cold. Housekeeping was done everyday. The last couple days we were never left with any bottled water. But I’m sure the front desk would have provided if we asked. We had a front facing balcony room. It’s nice to be able to have your patio door open for fresh air but the balcony itself is very narrow. You don’t have really any room to actually sit there. I’d stay here again if we come to this area.…
Excellent hotel and excellent staff. My room was spotlessly clean and I loved the pool. One of my favorite hotel brands to stay in, to be honest I've stayed in other places and I'm never disappointed wherever I go I know what to expect from the brand.
Hotel, was nice, very expensive for what you get. On top of that the clowns wanted USD 45, for checking in 1h earlier, saying it was early check in. Mediocre experience over all. Probably wont come back, better options in the area.
