If you can afford it (or can get a special), I can't recommend the Four Seasons more highly. From highly personal attention (the bellhop read the tags on our luggage and somehow notified the front desk so when we walked up, they greeted us by name, to impeccable rooms and excellent food and a great location, we couldn't have been...

Came for drinks at the hotel bar. They offered drinks made with grasshoppers, which we had to try. We also had the guacamole with dried grasshoppers. Also very good. They have a nutty flavour and a texture of potato chips.

We stayed for three nights in a Reforma Suite room. The room was large, newly renovated. It was well equipped with stylish furniture and the newest technical stuff, wifi, Flatscreen, USB ant Lightning Chargers, BOSE Entertainment, DVD, whatever you could need. The staff was extremely friendly, evereybody was smiling all the time. Concierge service was also great. We also enjoyed...

They have Amazing property and beautiful courtyard. Service was amazing. The staff so attentative. The bed was little too soft for our taste. The concierge team was the best I've ever experienced. And I'm a frequent traveler.

Hotel is in great central location. Beautiful building with large open central courtyard. Staff very friendly and helpful although many times had forgotten or made errors with our requests/orders. The room was large and clean, although the horrible carpet design throughout the hotel is nauseating and so dated. The entire concierge team were brilliant. They all went beyond what was...

Concierge staff is phenomenal always friendly and very informative. Service in all other areas was perfect. Wonderful location just steps away from Bosque de Chapultepec and central to all of the wonders of Mexico City.

Terrible accountability. Screwed up my family's new years eve ball reservation (they gave away our table for 6 to a couple) after I received multiple confirmations up until the day of the event) and then sat us in the corner instead of the table I pre-paid for 2 weeks in advance. They had the audacity of charging me for the...

Dear Mauricio: I am sorry to read the problem you had during our New Year dinner and I apologize for that. The service you received does not reflect our commitment to our golden rule "To treat people well, the way we would like to be treated". I am reviewing with my operations team what could have gone wrong that day,...

Concierge staff is super helpful with setting up itineraries and making reservations at hard to get restaurants, like Pujol. Our room was great overlooking the beautiful gardens. Staff overall, including in the fitness room and spa, was great.

As with all 4 Seasons hotel, this one in Mexico City is consistent with good service & fine dining, a lovely courtyard in the middle of the hotel is a nice sanctuary away from the hustle & bustle of Mexico City & so many nice areas are just a stones throw away. The concierge service must be specially credited for...
