5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This was my first visit and I love this property. My favorite thing about the rooms is that most look into the central courtyard and the bathrooms are huge. They have nice dining options available as well. Fifty Mils is a bar that is on property and the staff is awesome. The location is perfect as well. I can't wait... More

This is a wonderful hotel in a lovely location. Great service and atmosphere. The bar is well run and very friendly and breakfast overlooking the courtyard is a great start to the day. I will definitely return if I am lucky enough to visit Mexico City again

We had a suite & an upper grade room. Apparently they were refurbished rooms, which surprised us because they were old fashioned in style (beige & brown & a bit lacking in personality). Maybe its market is more geared to business travellers. We have stayed at a number of Four Seasons hotels & booked this based on the brand but... More

Better than other most other Four Seasons properties I've been to. The spa was great. Be aware though that there is really no full size pool, there's a round half pool next to the spa, so you might need to go elsewhere for pool side sun bathing.

Top location, best premium service ever! Food is also very good, recommend the sunday brunch and the drinks at the bar. Rooms were spacious and luxury designed. But as always, it's about the people and not only the product. The entire staff was service oriented, proactive and passionate about the hotel and the clients. Would love to come back...

We stayed here, a family of 6 with 4 kids, at the beginning of a 2 week trip to Mexico. We were upgraded to a suite - we had requested interconnecting rooms - and the space was brilliant. This gave us a living room along with the 2 bedrooms. The breakfasts were fabulous and we could have stayed for a... More

Every time stay at this great hotel in Mexico City. Its location is very convenient and it is normally a 5 star hotel. This time yesterday is sad to say that was not the case. The service at the terrace was awful, terrible to say the least for this kind of hotel. The waiter just dis not know what to... More

The courtyard is a beautiful oasis in the heart of city. The bar and restaurant are well integrated with the courtyard and serve up excellent fare. But it is the exceptional quality and unobtrusive attentiveness of the entire staff that really makes this hotel special!

It's with great disappointment that I write a poor review for the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico DF. I recently spent 3 nights in a luxury suite with my family and woke up with nearly 40 bed bug bites on my feet, legs, and arms. My daughter has bites on her back. I'm home in the U.S. now and bracing myself... More
