The worst service I have ever experienced at any hotel, let alone a Four Seasons. The concierge and front desk would consistently not answer the phone throughout the stay, there was a miscommunication about an excursion the hotel had planned, and our covid test was late (probably would not have shown up had we not followed up several times). The worst was the last day - we were coming back to the hotel to pick up our bags to head to the airport and had requested that the luggage be waiting outside. We gave a 10+ minute heads up, but when we got to the hotel with our Uber the bags were not outside...2 bags were in the storage closet and 1 bag (our primary suitcase) was missing. Yes, missing. There was no urgency from anyone at the hotel from the front desk to the concierge to find our bags. In fact they treated us like we were mistaken or trying to take someone else's bag. It was deeply upsetting, and after frantically running around the hotel trying to find someone to help us find our bag, we had to leave for the airport without our main suitcase. Eventually the hotel told us they found our bag (it was not in room, someone at the hotel forgot to bring it to the storage closet) and drove it to the airport meaning we had to wait and go through security late, but to top things off, they told us we didn't have to pay for our driver, as though it was our fault for leaving our bag behind. We will never be staying here again and telling all of our friends and family to stay elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed twice this December at the Four Seasons Mexico City, and on both times we had excellent service, always with a big smile. The hotel is really beautiful and we look forward to be back soon.

Our expectations of the hotel experience at this well-known establishment was very high. Accomodation, front desk services, and concierge exceeded expectations. Hygiene protocols were very good, almost impeccable we would say. F&B was very good although some dishes at the Italian restaurant lacked freshness and basic technical expertise… room service good food quality but not exceptional. Overall experience 8.5/10 but without F&B services a solid 9.5/10

We made dinner and drink reservations a month prior to our stay at the hotel. On the day of our arrival (and just a few hours before our scheduled dinner) we were told an event was just scheduled so our dinner and drinks reservations were cancelled. I spoke with the concierge and they booked us at another restaurant at the property, but it was not the one we wanted to eat at and their Fifty Mills bar was closed (where we had reservations to get a drink after dinner). The event had over 100 people, I don’t believe it was just scheduled as the Four Seasons kept telling me. On Saturday we were going to eat at the hotel, but another event shut down the courtyard again and we were told it was a concert, and that we could watch it from our window. I’ve stayed at many Four Seasons and they are my preferred hotel, but this location isn’t up to the standard expected. Having the courtyard (the main feature of this hotel) shut down 2 of 4 nights without prior warning is unacceptable to me. The location is okay. It’s in a safe area, but seems to be close to everything, but convenient to nothing as it’s geographically in the middle of La Condesa, Roma Norta and Polanco, but a bit of a walk to all of them. I would stay in Polanco and make that my hub and then Uber to the other neighborhoods. I would recommend staying somewhere else and come over and enjoy the courtyard for breakfast, lunch or dinner—if it’s open…
