We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and the room is superb: clean and very comfortable. Loved the whole smell of the hotel. Service was perfect and the restaurants were great- delicious food. Overall, a perfect hotel and we will definitely be back.
We arrived after 23:00 due to a 2 hour delay at immigration, exhausted after a long flight, requested a quiet room of which we were advised it would be, but were lead to a room over the noisy courtyard bar. Having asked to move, and chased 30 minutes later we were finally offered an inferior room, no apology or offer to find a room inline with our booking the next day. I repeatedly had to ask the front desk to remove items charged to my room bill as well as questioning a £50 extra airport transfer charge and was advised it was a tip! (I had tipped already with cash) when I suggested that would not be the case, I was eventually told I had been charged a waiting surcharge. My biggest disappointment is having stayed in many FS over a number of years, there is no recognition for loyalty, in fact having answered the emailed survey ten days ago no one has been in touch. With many hotel brands vying for customers I will not be using FS again.…
5 days at the Four Seasons Mexico City...this place used to be amazing. It is no longer the case. Blame covid, Who knows. Point is nothing works as it should at this hotel. Bathrooms and decor generally outdated. Service is sub par all around from the bar called 50 Mils - think Pringles chips with your drinks and room temperature oysters on the half shell to your food simply never arriving at the famed Sunday brunch which ruined Mothers day as well...( even if you comped the bill I left without being fed! ) You would expect a hell of a lot better experience for 700USD plus per night. We will stay at the St Regis next time!
My husband and I stayed at the Mexico City Four Seasons. We did not have a good stay: they put us in a room instead of a suite, there was a convention the next day and when they arrived thy jacked up the cost of our room without telling us! Is it our fault that they over-booked?! The included breakfast buffet was cold, and, not the fault of the Four Seasons, the weather sucked! On our second day it rained like bullets! When we got home though, my husband got a survey request from the Four Seasons asking about our stay. He let them have it. The next business day, he got an email from the manager thanking him for his review, profusely apologizing, and in the interest of good will and customer retention, comp'd the entire room charge of our stay, just shy of $4000.00 US. That renewed our faith in the Four Seasons. So remember people: if something is not right, say something! And Kudos to the Four Seasons for being so good, professional, paying or attention, and caring.…
The staff is very helpful and expert in their areas. I worked in advance with the Concierge Desk for airport pick-up and drop-off and their support was immediate by email throughout the process; check-in was conducted in a few minutes by the Front Desk staff; and when I needed extra boxed water Housekeeping was at my door in minutes as well. And, when I spoke with the Concierge Desk re: my COVID testing needs, Agnes Ignacio introduced herself, confirmed my airport drop-off, and walked me thru the hotel's testing process - she was so friendly and professional that I was immediately at-ease, and most importantly, when I was confused regarding a billing issue she jumped in to help clarify the issue which turned out to be something with my credit card company and not with the Four Seasons. I highly recommend a stay for business or pleasure at this property!…
There was a party going on well past midnight. Hard to get asleep even after a long trip and long day. Not serious from a Four Seasons hotel. They should respect customers looking to rest. It is a shame because the hotel is top class otherwise
Best hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Amazing Superior King room with loads of space and a sumptuous bed. Seamless service across the whole hotel. Would recommend every corner. Nowhere else to stay in Mex City. The breakfast is insane, drinks bar is cool and classy with great Mezcal cocktails, and the the app to chat and order/communicate with the hotel is ahead of anywhere else I’ve stayed.
The staff were lovely as were the public areas of the hotel, but the bedrooms could benefit from modernistation. The decor is tired, dated and dull. The bubbles bar was fantastic and great for breakfast as well as afternoon cakes.
As someone who grew up in CDMX, I never stayed in the Four Seasons until now that I came back for work and stayed 7 nights. This is what a hotel bor business travel looks like! Big work table in the room, decent internet (could always be faster :) ), good breakfast buffet, great concierge for reservations.
We visited Mexico City for the first time this month and had the BEST experience. Not only is the City immaculate and the food incredible, the people make it even more amazing. The Four Seasons was part of what made our experience so wonderful. The entire team was so welcoming, but Caleb and Alonso in particular spoiled us every time they saw us. After a week, they felt like family. Thank you to the Four Seasons for such a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel for great service, food, hospitality and lication.
