Four Seasons service is always at the top. I am glad I chose this hotel over other five star hotels on Avenida Reforma because the property is simply beautiful. The style of the property and the courtyard garden are amazing. The hotel arranged our airport/tourist driver. This helped make for an excellent stay and if you would like a driver consider requesting Roberto Mendoza - he was great!

The hotel is beautiful but the most amazing thing was the service. It was a magical experience for our first time in Mexico. The location is ideal and the restaurants in the hotel are amazing. Having Breakfast was one of our favorite things to do during our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel, staff, and food were all great here. We stayed in a room with a beautiful private terrace overlooking the courtyard. Breakfasts in the morning were a real pleasure. Bar at night was a treat. The location is also great, being close Polanco and Condesa.

Having stayed at Four Seasons’ locations throughout the world, I can honestly say this hotel does not come close to living up to the brand’s stellar reputation. Positives - friendly staff, large rooms, beautiful courtyard. Negatives - weddings are held in the courtyard, and there is loud music late into the night, so you can’t even relax, let alone sleep. If the hotel wants to hold weddings, they certainly shouldn’t be outside in a courtyard with acoustics that accentuate the noise and blare music into the rooms. Hotel itself is dated, and the accommodations are far from luxurious. My dogs wouldn’t eat the room service room. Granted, my dogs are spoiled, and picky, but you get the point.

Dear RL0177, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent visit to our hotel. As pleased as I am to read about the service you received, I am disappointed to hear that you consider our property far from Four Season's reputation and that you could not rest because of an event taking place at our courtyard. Feedback such as yours helps us improve our services, and trust you will give us another opportunity in the near future. Wishing you safe travels and warm regards,

Very nice hotel, confortable rooms, good service, however, they were organizing an event for the weekend, and without even a notice to us, they did very noisy arrangements during the whole day and night (very difficult to sleep). At least, because they were preparing this fancy event, they needed a lot of work force so many people were hired.
