This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the city! The courtyard is stunning and the music from brunch for example floats up to the rooms in a wonderful way. The rooms are magnificent, the restaurants and bars are excellent. The gym is tiny as is the pool just be forewarned!
I was put up here for a work trip. It was the best stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly, efficient and helpful. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. It smells good! Food is delicious. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you!
I just want to say how fantastic Brenda (operator) was with helping me set up for my reservation stay, she also went above and beyond to make my brunch reservation was made. With that being said super excited to visit on of the most beautiful cities in the world and stay at Four Seasons !
The courtyard is absolutely charming. Breakfast in the morning is perfect...The staff everywhere in the hotel is cordial and professional. They really do go out of their way to make sure all is well. If you care about aesthetics then this hotel really needs a facelift. The color scheme is quite depressing (although that could be subjective of course), the hallways feel from the 1960's, the landing empty and depressing (they could use cozy seating areas in the floor landings perhaps), the couches and desk chairs in the rooms dated and shabby.. room bathrooms dated... It just did not feel like a Four Seasons in other cities around the world (George Cinq in Paris being one)... However all the public spaces and entryway to the hotel are absolutely gorgeous, cozy, warm, and speak of high standard. I would like to give a shout out to the amazing concierge Isadora and the runner Manuel who went our of their way to find an item I was looking for in Mexico City and get it for me. As well as the wonderful reception managers and room manager. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the people that work at this Four Seasons are.…
We stayed at this beautiful hotel as we were in town for a wedding. Having never visited Mexico City before, we loved the location and amenities right next to Chapultepec park. The hotel has large rooms around a central courtyard. The bars and restaurants are beautiful, combining old world with updated charm. The food and drinks we experience were outstanding. I especially want to thank and commend the service we received from the manager of the restaurant named Jorge Adrian.
Was a nice hotel. Good view and a good breakfast. Great place for walking around with a garden. Good location. Close to downtown and a good parking. Nice fountain and great and colourful. I would recommend this hotel.
One of the best hotels that I've stayed in within Mexico City, have a very unique style but luxurious. Exceptional service from concierge to other hotel staffs. Bakery and restaurants within had excellent foods. Lots of restaurants, Cafe and stores within walking distance. Will definitely choose this hotel when I am back in town.
You honestly can't better the staff, service, food and accommodation at the Four Seasons in Mexico City. Don't bother with anywhere else. There's more than enough choice of food to keep you going for days and the wellness facilities are also excellent.
This property didnt live up to the normal FS experience. Room was fine but dated. Housekeeping was spotty - didnt clean the room timely and turn-down service didnt occur one night even though I told the person to come back at 9pm. Had to remind the front desk every night before I left for dinner even though I was sent an email prior to my stay where I requested turn-down each night at 9pm. Hotel restaurant was awful and didnt honor a reservation I made on Open Table because they claimed their computer systems dont "communicate" with each other. Service at the pool was attentive which is more than I can say for staff at breakfast or the lobby. No one opened a car door for me during my entire stay (4 night) of multiple Uber pick ups and drop offs. And no one welcomed me back when I arrived. Supposed "Best" bar in Mexico City was NOT. Worst martini of my life. There are so many 5 star hotels in Mexico City. No reason to stay here. …
Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The place is magnificent, with a perfect balance between coziness and elegance. With the warm welcome and the fireplaces, we felt at home the moment we step in. We received flawless customer service. The staff thought of everything and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The concierge gave us the best recommendations and had excellent follow-ups. If we needed anything, it was at our fingertips. Regarding location, the hotel is in a safe area within walking distance from Chapultapec Park. There is a lot of restaurants and tourist place nearby. The essential oil and the outdoor garden make the place very unique. December was an excellent month for our stay, as we could feel the holiday vibe and Christmas magic. Our visit was worth every penny, and the room service was also very prompt.…
