I have lived for years in this hotel today the Incapable management, the entire hotel it is a disgrace, the Chef it is worse than a nightmare he destroyed the restaurant ZANAYA, wich once was amazing, the housekeeing it is a disaster, the security rules for Covid are weak, the Managerment allow private parties in their rooms, you can´t sleep due to all the private parties in the rooms if you call the Receptionist or the Manager on Duty he sasy, he can not hear anything, the Bar does not have Champagne, the wine selection it is a nightmare, the quality of the ingredients in room service are poor, they do not handle organic nor GrassFed, Ian Ciappara the General Manager, needs to learn from...Thomas Jecklin The St Regis Director, has embodied a seal of Excelente no matter the difficult times the world faces, (but that will be another review). I remember the words of Another great GM Derek Flynt from The St Regis Hong Kong during the protests just one year ago and my very long stays... "It is my duty to make this space a true fortress but with the luxury and comfort and utmust anticipation to all your needs even in the most difficult times.".

You could never go wrong at Four Seasons (having stayed at many around the world), particularly this one. Their services and attention was above and beyond. The staffs were warm and welcoming. We stayed during the city lockdown, and it was quite empty but felt private. Though everything was closed due to Covid and we couldn't do much or change the last leg of our itinerary for CDMX, management were kind enough and welcomed us with a fantastic upgrade and generous extra amenities to enjoy the room during our stay! Special thanks to Ian and Christian for making our stay at FS Mexico City a comfortable and memorable one! We can't wait to return to the property when everything comes back to live in the city and explore everything else the property has to offer!

Not only affordable, but one of my favourite places to stay when travelling to Mexico City. The restaurant is amazing and breakfast options are great with the little cafe and jungle courtyard:-) Love the architecture and great service every time!

I found the FS in Mexico City is a great all-round option, with far more character and style than what I was expecting from a property of this size. I just loved the layout, with it’s beautiful and lively inner courtyard. It feels like a proper retreat from the noisy and hectic city. The restaurant is excellent (both food and service wise) and the bar is top notch, truly truly exceptional. The not-so-good part relates to the rooms, which are showing their age. The bathrooms in particular could use a refresh. I found the room layout really awkward: I had a suite facing the inner courtyard and the bedroom itself had no windows. It must be a first for me and I thought it was really strange for such a high category room. I would definitely go back again, but trying to better figure out room types beforehand.

I just came back from a business trip in Mexico City and had the opportunity to stay at the Four Seasons Mexico City, best place to stay not just for the location but most important during this times of covid-19, you feel safe as they took all the necessary actions in order to make you feel comfortable. The room was perfectly clean and sanitized everyday, they take reservations to the gym so you are not with other people or at least with just a few. We had meeting with clients for breakfast and it was great because the place is open. These guys are taking the covid 19 very seriously and with al protocols. Thanks to the GM Ian and his team for making us feel at home!!!
