Average hotel and correct price for what it's offered. Breakfast standard. Room size standard. No minibar in the room and I forgot to check prior my reservation. Dinner quality average. Good location. Quiet.

I had a week long business trip in Mexico City and had the pleasure of staying here. The service was amazing the staff went above and beyond with every single encounter. They made awesome recommendations for authentic restaurants , live music venues, and ensured safe transportation around town. On a rainy day one of the front desk staff lent me... More

We booked this hotel for my parents and they stayed for 4 nights. One day they came back to the room and 120 USD were missing from the security box. They handed a formal complain but it was never answered. Staff were never able to look into the matter or give any sort of explanation.

I stayed at the Reforma City Express for a week during a business trip. A well situated Hotel with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. But if your looking to catch up on work at any stage, think again. The suggested free WiFi was awful as I was only able to connect once during the whole week. If it wasn't... More

Ask for a superior room facing the Angel of the Square and you wont be dissapointed, the view is fantastic, the room is large (dont take standard, too small) and comfortable. The localisation is also nice with plenty safe walking to shops, restaurants, ... 2 bad things: the AC (not working) and above all the breakfast... no choice and few... More

Traveled to Mexico City for a conference. The City Express desk staff nice but not efficient. Very spotty wi-fi in the lobby and virtually non-existent in guest room (my biggest complaint). Accommodation was fine given the low cost, compared with the hotel our conference was in (St. Regis). However, the mattress on the bed (no box spring) was extremely hard.... More

The rooms made not such a clean and nice look, mold were at the ceeling! The smell was strange, could be the mold, but I am not sure! Once staff showed up and sprayed something around between carpet and wall, they could not tell me, if it was poisened or harming health! Breakfast did not meet my expectation at all!... More

Nice hotel, very good located in a safe area, pretty close to the metro station (Insurgentes) and yummy breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Our only problem was that the windows do not open.

The location is near many mall and great restaurants. It is located in front of the Angel and just one block from the amazing Zona Rosa. Many other landmarks are nearby. The hotel includes full buffet breakfast from 7am to 11am which is great for travelers and also the Wi-Fi is FREE
