Rooms are small, breakfast is horrible, the only nice thing is the location and if you get a room with view on the "angel". Price is fair but it is worth spending a little more and be in a less cold hotel.

Staying in hotel right now and reviewing because I cannot sleep. The ac produces heat rather than cold at the 18 degrees C setting. There is no way to open a window. Worse, they painted the hall this morning and the smell of the paint is overwhelming. I have asked for a different room but been assured the hotel is...

City Express Plus Reforma El Angel is an average property. The hotel has modern and clean facilities but the rooms could use an upgrade. It is located right in front of the Angel de la Independencia, which is a fantastic base to explore the city. Breakfast is also average, with a few hot and cold options. Check-in and check-out were...

The location and the breakfast is good but the rooms are terrible. On the walls and ceiling you could see mold stains so can't be healthy staying there. During the evening, a fire alarm kept on going off when asking about it there was apparently no fire.

The hotel is well situated in the square opposite the statue of the Angel. It is modern and the rooms are appropriate for a business stay of 5 nights which mine was. I cannot comment on the value for money as I did not book or pay for the accommodation. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I booked this place because of the location, and i was not disappointed about it. What made my stay non comfortable was what happened during it. The hotel lobby looks new. The staff is not very helpful, took me more than 20 minutes to check in even we were the only people in the lobby and even i was showing...

Average hotel and correct price for what it's offered. Breakfast standard. Room size standard. No minibar in the room and I forgot to check prior my reservation. Dinner quality average. Good location. Quiet.

I had a week long business trip in Mexico City and had the pleasure of staying here. The service was amazing the staff went above and beyond with every single encounter. They made awesome recommendations for authentic restaurants , live music venues, and ensured safe transportation around town. On a rainy day one of the front desk staff lent me...

We booked this hotel for my parents and they stayed for 4 nights. One day they came back to the room and 120 USD were missing from the security box. They handed a formal complain but it was never answered. Staff were never able to look into the matter or give any sort of explanation.

I stayed at the Reforma City Express for a week during a business trip. A well situated Hotel with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. But if your looking to catch up on work at any stage, think again. The suggested free WiFi was awful as I was only able to connect once during the whole week. If it wasn't...
