Pluses: 1) Not expensive. 2) Possible hourly payment. Minuses: 1) Some problems with fresh water system. Pressure in shower always jumping! Sometimes, no hot water there. 2) Some of their personnel not polite with clients, P.S.e 3rd party can't book a capsule for client? That's is a point what need to improve.

Convenience, the fact that you do not have to leave the airport. Check-in took 5 minutes, check out was just as fast. They supply you with a small travel pillow, thin blanket and a towel. There are women’s and men’s locker rooms that have individual showers and restrooms for privacy.

My flights had very long layovers on Mexico City. Having had such a great experience at the Yotel in London Gatwick airport, I was pleased to learn there were sleep pods/capsules in the Mexico City airport. I will start with the pros: the price is very reasonable, check in was very easy and quick, you get a locker for your suitcase and personal belongings, a towel, blanket, slipper socks, and there are shared showers and bathroom facilities. Everything is very clean and there is staff readily available to assist. Inside the capsule there is a USB port and an electrical outlet, and the door locks so there is complete privacy and security. There is also a mini safe that you can lock with your own combination. And now the cons: the mattress and small pillow are very thin and stiff, you get a blanket but no sheet, which you dont need anyway because the temperature remains a bit warm - you can control the air but it never really cools; there was a TV with very limited channels that you need to plug in your own earphones into, however, the sound was almost inaudible and I was told nothing could be done about it. Inside the capsule all the controls remain lit so there are blue and red lights on the entire time, even when you turn the main lights off. You can hear sounds from every direction every time someone moves in an adjoining pod, every time someone coughs or sneezes, every time someone opens or closes the door to their capsule. They offer wake up calls which consist of someone coming around to knock on your door so all morning long I kept hearing various knocks. I will say it beats spending the night on an airport chair, but honestly, I hardly slept at all. Unfortunately, I had to do it all over again on the return trip and the conditions were the same so I cant even say that it was just one unfortunate stay - there were two. Sorry, but I won't be staying there again.

I’ve spent there one night. It is good enough. They give you a locker, socket, blanket, towel, and socks. They have shared bathrooms. They also have bathrooms only for women. My experience was okay as I only wanted a place to crash in the airport. My TV and the remote control were not working. The A/C also were not strong enough. For those who are particular about modesty, expect to see people wearing less clothes sometimes. It is not gonna be my first choice. It is almost the same price as Airbnb. The only advantage is that it’s in the airport and the hotel in the airport is way more expensive. If you are staying with someone else, rather go for a hotel and split the price. More comfy.

we had a overnight layover in Mexico City and decided to rent 2 pods in Terminal 2. It exceeded my expectations! it's big enough for me and I am 6 ft 5, and the people at the reception desk were very helpful. The cool thing is that the next morning we showered and it took us 5 min to check in for our flight to Costa Rica as we were already at the airport...Very convenient. Would definitely do it again!
