We had the most fabulous stay at the St. Regis in Mexico City. This was our first hotel stay since the pandemic and we were a bit nervous. (My 3 children under 12 are not vaccinated). But this place did a phenomenal job to ensure safety and the highest health standard. One word - SERVICE! We have stayed at many nice properties around the world, but this one truly had excellent service in all parts of the hotel. From the restaurant, to the concierge, to the front desk and room service. Special shout outs to: Jorge the restaurant manager, who worked with the chef to ensure we had the most special vegan breakfast every day. They went above and beyond to prepare unique and creative dishes that were fully vegan and not on the menu. Every morning, he even kept a pot of soy hot chocolate ready for my kids. Next: Israel at the concierge - whether it was helping us figure out the best plan for our family of 5 or making sure to promptly print documents we needed, he was readily available and extremely helpful and informed. One more: Karla at the front desk - she took excellent care to make sure we had connecting rooms with 2 double beds for the kids and 1 king bed for us. She even helped accommodate our request for a late checkout - very sweet and helpful. The property itself was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Some reviews say it felt old and run down, but I did not feel that at all. The rooms were comfortable, clean and welcoming. Bathrooms are most important to me and I found the bathrooms great. I absolutely can't wait to come back to Mexico City and will definitely be coming back to The St. Regis (price permitting!)

Stayed here for 4 nights on a vacation. I can’t say enough good things about the service. Rodolfo at Diana was by the best attention we had. He went above and beyond. We can’t wait to go back just for his service. Everyone was so sweet. The front desk team went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and the butlers were amazing. Alex our butler was especially helpful with tips for the town.

On the 24th of this past month I went for a weekend to Mexico City to say goodbye to the patriotic celebrations.. and of course to have some delicious "Chiles en Nogada.” I made the best decision to stay at the St Regis Hotel. From the moment I entered the Hotel, Sebastian and Ernesto received me with a warm welcoming smile. Check in was fast and efficient. They are very informative about all the amenities of the Hotel and the area. The concierge, Parish, went above and beyond with our requests. I used the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app to communicate with the staff and I would recommend it since they respond so quickly!  On our first night we had dinner at the Diana restaurant overlooking the Paseo Reforma.  It was the perfect start to the weekend. I also want to give a shout out to the staff, especially Athenas and Carolina, who made us feel so special. Not only did they teach us the traditions of the historical hotel, but they also gave us a demonstration of the ceremonial uncorking of the champagne. And Alex was also amazing, it was great to see him in the mornings as we had our coffees and pastries. Lastly, I want to thank Hugo and Patricia who helped us in our room. Overall, the welcoming staff is enough reason to come back. I would recommend the St. Regis to anyone!
