Outstanding experience and service throughout our stay. It’s the best option for a luxury stay in CDMX, in large part because of the attentive service. Have stayed here many times over the years and have always had a wonderful experience. The Sunday brunch is festive and a must do whether you stay here or not.
I stayed at the St. Regis Mexico City for two nights and thought the hotel was the perfect place to host a corporate event. I ran into Mariana and Santiago from the Sales team who kindly gave me a walkthrough of all their meeting spaces and restaurants. They were kind, informative and graceful. As a sales person myself, I want to congratulate them and hope we can work together soon!
The hotel has a great location and the facilities and rooms are very well maintained. The gem of this hotel is the staff. Every interaction we had over a week long stay was amazing. The Front Desk was always welcoming and polite, Concierge was helpful and informative and the Butlers were incredibly friendly and always willing to be of service. Thank you for an amazing stay!
I flew in to see my son on a business trip after over 2 years of Covid separation. While I only stayed two nights, I can't say enough lovely things about the accommodations. Our room was located on the back side of the hotel, not on Paseo Reforma but there was a considerable amount of traffic noise on the 7th floor. That said, ear plugs were available on the nightstand for light sleepers. The bathtub was a dream come true. My home in Puerto Vallarta has showers only, so a long soak in a hot tub was so relaxing after a busy day of touring the city. The entire staff was wonderful but a special shout out to the concierge staff. They provided me with a map for jogging in Chapultepec Park, restaurant suggestions, boarding pass assistance and most of all, unlocking our room after checkout when I realized I had forgotten my mobile phone. I'm not sure if I could afford this much luxury for a return visit to CDMX but it would be a distinct pleasure.…
I would like to share my story giving a big round of applauses to the entire team with special mention to Mishell, Eduardo Vallin and Ricardo Servin (absolutely kind and awesome people), they made my special day even more special. The care of the hotel is reflected in the smile of the people who cross the doors of the hotel, the aromas and lighting are perfectly care to create the best experiences ever. Is a great memory to stay here and was an excellent choice to enjoy meals, dinners coffees and teas. I highly recommend the hotel for creat special moments for the love ones.
I love the St Regis Mexico City! The service is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. I will most certainly be returning! The experience was wonderful
Absolutely beautiful property with great potential and amazing service ! However, ran down rooms, broken lights (that I asked 2x to fix) broken and old light switches and plugs, some rooms smell like smoke and mold... make this hotel 2star review. Definitely should have stayed at Ritz Carlton!
This hotel was luxury. The suites are nice, large and with all the amenities you could want including steam showers and large dining room table. The beds are the most comfortable we stayed recently. We loved the foam pillows they brought on top of the down pillows. We haven’t slept as well as we slept here in months. Everything was spotless. The concierge was able to arrange for us some pretty annoying requests (including an emergency custom tuxedo rental and return) on very short notice without ever making it seem like a problem. I won’t get into all the details, but they made absolute magic happen for us on very short notice without ever stressing us out. The room service was top-notch. I think this speaks to the quality of a hotel as room service is often one of the weakest points. Everything was delicious and the kitchen held their own against fancy favorites like Pujol. Breakfast was always lovely. There’s a coffee bar to grab to-go items if you need. The location is nice and were able to walk to the Anthropological Museum. They can easily hail you a cab but Uber is super easy too. There were markets with street food and crafts all along the avenue in front of the hotel which made for fun walking around, Obviously CDMX is huge is you will have to take some cars around. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again and again in CDMX.…
We visit CDMX once/twice a year and always stay here. The service is one of the best, of all the St Regis hotels we've been too. It's always "allow me", and never "no". The rooms are beautiful, well maintained . Location is very accessible and central to main attractions, as well as trendy neighborhoods w/ great food like Condesa/Roma. Our experience was made especially memorable with the help of Karla at reception, Jorge at Restaurant Diana, Paris the concierge who helped us with tickets for the world cup qualifiers, and our butlers Alex and Ivan who were always helpful and enthusiastic with every request no matter how big or small.
Everything about the hotel was incredible including Karla Vega at reception, our butler, restaurant, concierge, the room, etc. When we come back to Mexico City, we are most definitely staying at the St. Regis!
