Although Mexico City is busy and bustling, it is easy to forget that when you enter the cool and calm St Regis Reforma. Ideally located, it is as close to everything, including the airport, as you can be in DF. Rooms were beautifully appointed and stafff was kind and polite. Everyone working there knew our names and were willing to... More

Wow! Everything about this place is amazing. From champagne at check-in, candy bar in the lobby, butler service in the room, the amazing bathroom and shower, the sumptuous breakfast -- this place is true luxury. The hotel went out of their way for us on multiple occasions (i.e., free pressing service with a 15 minute turnaround), displaying true customer service.... More

We stayed four nights in August 2016 in a king standard room. Very safe location (in my opinion, Mexico City feels safer than the American media presents; CDMX is one of the most underrated cities for tourism). We considered staying in the historic center but this area is a lot less stressful and less crowded. The rooms were well presented... More

The hotel is very well located, near many points of interest, like parks, restaurants and museums. It's very easy to go anywhere from there. We used Uber all the time, witch are less expensive and more comfortable than cab. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The service was excellent. The concierge was very atencious and suggested many good restaurants... More

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and I was blown away. The hotel was very affordable and the service was the finest I've ever received. Upon arrival, I was assisted immediately with my bags and escorted to the front desk on the 4th floor, I believe. The bellman poured a glass of champagne for me when I was... More

I love this hotel. You leave the stress of the city as soon as you take the elevator to the lobby. You are offered a glass of real champagne at check in. You also have a personal butler during your whole stay. Has a modern style but with no cold feeling, has the right balance between trendy and warm. Rooms... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights during a recent quick weekend trip. Exceptional service, great place to relax and have a calm evening in a prime Mexico City location. Make sure to visit with concierge early during the day if you need a reservation for a restaurant, popular places get fully booked early on.

Who knew each St. Regis hosts a happy hour for guests one night a week? In Mexico City it is every Wednesday night. I enjoyed an excellent glass of champagne and met Jimena, from guest relations.
