Rooms are comfortable and clean, however because of the location is very noisy during the night. You can hear trucks passing through. I would not recommended if you want a relaxing place. It is mostly for business purposes, it is very close to the CASE (American visa office).

We stayed at PF Suites for 3 days. The hotel looks good, looks new and shiny, the room is big with a kitchen and doesn't really miss anything, but the overall feeling there ia not good. The windows cant be open more than a little and there is no air in the room, the bathroom has no window and have... More

UPSIDE: Hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks away from the Angel Monument. DOWNSIDE: Service is not the best, restaurant takes ages to serve meals and concierge doesn't have any toiletries (comb, razors, bottled water, toothbrush are not available, even for sale) Even though the place is called PF SUITES, rooms are not suites... :(

Arrived to hotel at Check in time, but was not quite ready - no big deal. The two biggest concerns were the photos online looked nothing like the actual lobby, restaurant or room. One elevator was broken so at times a lengthy wait to reach the top floor. There was construction going on the whole time, working into the evening... More

I was really surprised with this hotel, one of the draws was the refrigerator and the king bed, but when I arrived and found it was a kitchenette with microwave, mini stove and a sitting area, then a full bedroom with an additional sitting area, I was a happy camper. CNN is in English, WIFI is fast, the convenience store... More

Location is awesome. 10 minute walk either to Roma or Condesa. I had room 304 and it had a kitchenette, dinning room, living room, plasma tv, a big shower and big bright windows with blackout curtains. Now that being said, the beds were hard as sleeping on the floor. The ac started to drip heavily in the middle of the... More

We arrived for 3 days, and it was not was expected. The room is big but with a weird distribution and a very small bed. We recently stayed at PF Suites for 7 nights at cost of $525 dollars. We chose it for its location and for the added freedom of a "suite". We were sorely disappointed in both. The suite we were assigned is actually 3 separate small rooms; a micro-kitchen area crammed with desk and sofa, a bathroom and the bedroom. The kitchen... More

I thought we were going to be getting a Suite, but we got a room with two full sized beds and a coffee maker. The room is clean and the staff friendly, but this is definately not a suite. This is a mid-range hotel. I was really happy with our booking at PF Suites for a couple of reasons. First, we had reservations with the Plaza Florencia on Calle Florencia, but when we arrived around midnight their computer was down and they couldn't sort out our booking. Within 5 minutes, with an apology and with an escort we were... More
