My first time in Mexico city and first time in years staying in a hostel, I was not disappointed on either front. The hostel was spotless, quiet, had net access and full kitchen facilities. Hostel Montejo is located in the relatively quiet neighborhood of Azuras, within walking distance to Chapultepec park and the swanky neighborhood of Polenquo. Basically this is a large home with all private rooms (doubles and singles) that surround an open courtyard.
