We found our stay in this hotel very enjoyable. Their staff provided courteous and great service. The location offers proximity to the city center and great cultural attractions. Breakfast was well prepared and delicious. Overall, we found this makes this hotel an excellent place to stay.

This is my second time here, and the reason why we're back is that we love this hotel. First, the location is second to none for exploring many of Mexico City's sites. Second, the staff is incredible - they really do make you feel like family. Edgar, the concierge, is a legend and his expertise far surpasses what you would...

The building this hotel is located in is just gorgeous. The outside has all sorts of intricate historic details, and the inside has beautiful tile-work in the halls and a stunning stained glass ceiling spanning the entire 6 story central foyer. We loved spending time on the roof terrace - what a beautiful hideaway! This hotel is just a short...

Fantastic hotel location! The hotel is a few blocks away from El Zocalo which has so many things to see. The terrace at the hotel is a must see with a great view of downtown. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, although proper cups and glass would have been nice, rather than paper cups!) the 'best kept secret' roof terrace was great (BYO) as was the business centre. The only disappointment was the breakfast, mainly the coffee (the regular coffee not the Mexican coffee) which was luke-warm pre-made instant coffee self-served from canteens (yuk!) The...

Fabulous location, friendly staff, lovely hotel and rooftop terrace. Staff helped with a problem with our tour and couldn't do enough. Breakfast included, simple but tasty. Room a little tired, but generous bathroom and beds very comfy.

I am a Hilton diamond member but am not a fan of Hampton in the US. This is by far the best Hampton I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is beautiful in its own right. The rooms are very comfortable and even have feather pillows. Unheard of in US. The location is great. The best part was the...

The room was a little odd as it had no outside windows, only ones that looked out over the atrium, but this didn't effect our stay at all, and in fact probably meant the room was a little quieter. The bed was ENORMOUS!! The breakfasts were exceptional, sometimes you have to wait for items to be restocked, but this means...

Great Hampton Inn with character and excellent location in the centre of Mexico City Historic District. Convenient taxi ride to airport. Quiet, clean rooms typical of Hilton/Hampton hotels. Highly recommended.

With my Gold Hilton Honors membership I got the upgraded suite for 10,000 points a night and you can't beat that. The hotel has a great location and the friendliest and most professional staff you'd ever want to meet.
