This hotel has very good free breakfast every day and it opens at 6am and the service is also excellent. Lulu is the woman who prepares the breakfast every day and although she doesn’t speak English, she did very good job!

Staff was very friendly and spoke both English and Spanish well. Room service was amazing. They even folded my clothes and stacked them!! Great location for the museums and historical locations. Easy to get to with transportation as well.
This lovely property in center city near major historical sites has a wonderful, attentive staff. The building is a charming redone convent and is close to shopping, and provides the positive vibes of this great city.
Pros- Edgar and Alex at the concierge desk are exceptional! - location of the hotel is great. Cons- Most rooms overlook the interior of the hotel, i.e. They have no real windows and no natural light. This can get depressing. - smallest queen bed I have ever seen
