The lobby, bar and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful at all times. Our room was always immaculate. Our housekeeper Elisa did an excellent job in keeping everything outstanding. We would definitely choose this hotel for any future trip to Ciudad de Mexico

Business traveller, its important I stay fit and healthy. Hotel gyms are very important which is why I was a little dissappointed on the size and minimal variety of machines available. Water cooler in gym was empty on Wednesday 17th at 7:00 am and no one available to replenish it.

If you are looking for a room with an amazing view, this isn't the place. Half of the rooms have no view, as one of the sides of the hotel delimits with another building. The view from the other half is jut fine. However, they have a very nice lounge with good options for breakfast and appetizers at night (alcoholic... More

I was on business travel to the MXCD Marriott Reforma, and spent my birthday during the weekend. Somehow the staff found out, and they decorated my room a bit, provided a nice card and some Mexican cakes. I even posted the card on Facebook! Thank you to the MXCD Marriott Staff!

Very good business hotel on Mexico City's main drag. Rooms are standard Marriott; bland but comfortable. Staff are friendly and attentive and there is a great lounge on the rooftop for Marriott Rewards members, where breakfast, snacks and drinks are served. The gym is also very good.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It has a beautiful roof deck in the executive lounge. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a variety of Mexican and American favorites. The gym is bright and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is close to shopping and has easy access to busses.

The Reforma Marriott is in walking distance to the metro and various bus routes. I used the hotel as a base for excursions to museums, the convention center, and Teotihuacan. Great staff, wonderful breakfasts, and really, just a nice stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Marriott Reforma. A great location for all of my business meetings and very convenient to the Museo de Antropologia. The club floor was great...one of the best I've seen at a Marriott in a long time. The staff knew me by day 2 and had my table and coffee set for me with... More
