We had a great stay, the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and was very glad that we used some MegaBonus Certificates for 2 free nights here. In my opinion this is a great value for those bonus certs.
The hotel is past its prime in some ways - hot-tub is small, pool tiles are peeling off, rooms a a bit dated. But the location is great ... and more importantly the staff is amazing!
Everyone always tried to make my stay as enjoyable...More
I love this hotels location and its friendly staff. The food is expensive and not so tasty so you might want to take a walk outside and try one of the dozens of options close by. I found the staff very friendly as well.

This hotel is centrally located in the middle of the "Paseo de La Reforma Avenue". One of the most important areas in Mexico City. Near of shops, shopping center, restaurants, El Angel Statue, Castillo de Chapultepec, Anthropological Museum, Basílica de La Guadalupe, etc.
Thank Carmelo S

The earthquake affected la condesa and la roma neighborhoods really bad and many buildings in the south of the city. all the tourist areas are pretty safe like reforma, bellas artes, polanco, chapultepec and downtown.

There are no self-serve laundry facilities on-site. If the hotel's own laundry charges are exorbitant, I'd suggest asking the Concierge about laundromats. I don't recall seeing anything locally but there may well be one... More
There are no self-serve laundry facilities on-site. If the hotel's own laundry charges are exorbitant, I'd suggest asking the Concierge about laundromats. I don't recall seeing anything locally but there may well be one. If not, there are also laundromats & dry cleaners in most cities that offer pick-up/drop-off service for less than the hotels charge.
