Great service and food was good. We got steak and tuna and salad and shared it all. They recommended a few wines with our steak, which was nice. They offer several hot sauces which were fantastic. They offered complimentary small dessert and that just hit the spot. Thank you.

Dear Odyssey16645583999. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. The car service in the hotel is private and are particular cars that don't look like a regular taxi. This service si safe, our concierge staff offer mainly this service for this reason to our guests and clients. We hope to have the oppotunity to attend you in the near future. We selected this hotel because my husband had points at Marriott hotels and we were extremely pleased by the respect and care the staff showed us. They upgraded our room from a viewless room to the 14th floor with a panorama of the City. They treated us to the Lounge service on the 16th floor with light meals included and the option to sit on the roof deck and have a drink. The Concierge Jorge spoke beautiful English and was extremely helpful in directions and restaurant recommendations. We were conveniently located on a main, tree-lined artery of the City between the Anthropology Museum and the Historic Center. We recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Spent a week at this hotel for a business trip with a group of colleagues. Carlos L, the concierge, was incredibly helpful. He coordinated our daily car services, checked in with us, and ensured we had a safe and enjoyable stay. Hotel is in an excellent location on Reforma. Rooms are clean, gym is a decent size for a city hotel, and all staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is very nice with attentive servers. I would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at the Marriot Reforma from Christmas Day to New Year's Day. The location turned out to be great --- between Chapultepec Park to the west and the Historic Center to the east. We rode the Metro bus to Chapultepec and took Ubers or walked to the Historic Center and nearby areas. Arriving on a rainy Christmas Day, we were glad to have reserved a dinner at the hotel's La Mansion steakhouse. We had reserved a room with lounge access, which proved convenient for breakfast, afternoon snacks, water bottles, and a few dinners when we did not want to dine out (i.e. New Year's Eve). The lounge staff was always friendly and supplying us with extra bottles of water and refreshments to go. The lounge has a lovely rooftop area, too. Our room had comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, but it had no view and was a bit tight between the beds and the desk and TV. However, we appreciated that the extra feather pillows we had requested in advance were in our room upon arrival, and the room was well-cleaned each day. Another review said there was no heat, but our room had controls for both heat and air conditioning. There were many restaurants within walking distance. A couple were on the same block as the side exit to the hotel, including Frutos Prohibidos Copenhague (which was great for breakfast if you don't want the big hotel buffet). There are a lot of restaurants and bars on the next block to the east, Calle Genova, but for a quieter indoor restaurant we loved the super-affordable and good food at La Casa de Tono Zona Rosa a few blocks away. Our family usually arranged our own Uber, which was often cheaper than the taxis that the hotel could summon. However, on New Year's Eve, we wanted to hire an SUV and driver for 8 hours and had great difficulty, as many drivers did not work that day. The hotel staff in front made calls to other hotels to secure a large vehicle and driver and were able to save our plans for the day. Much appreciated! A few days after Christmas, we learned that the main New Year's Eve entertainment for CDMX would be right in front of the hotel! Paseo de la Reforma was blocked off for the hordes of people. Fortunately for us, we could enjoy hearing and (partially) seeing the entertainment from the lounge roof. We had a front view of the fireworks which was quite fun! Had I known in advance, I would have paid more for a corner view room of Paseo de la Reforma. Overall, we found the staff very friendly and our room and lounge very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a spacious, quiet room with a view over the city. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location for nightlife and restaurants. There is also a very well equipped gym, small pool and jacuzzis. The wifi is a bit temperamental (it kept throwing me off). I would definitely stay here again

The location of this hotel is superb, especially if you like nightlife. Check in was efficient and the room acceptably, if a little dated. Be aware that at times you can hear the music from the nearby bars, something which didn’t bother me but may be worth keeping in mind. Charging for internet access in 2022 is not acceptable though.

I have never been so humiliated and treated so badly at a hotel, especially a Marriott property, and especially one I had been to several times. I am an Ambassador with Marriott, that means I stay over 100 nights and spend $20,000 USD a year with Marriott; however, I was told I wasn’t able to have a mini bar because they couldn’t guarantee I’d pay for it, WHAT? I was treated below average every step of the way, Club longe, always empty, we were chased down for payment/signature (its free!) the concierge wanted to charge $350 USD for a trip to the pyramids (we Ubered for $123 USD). We were even treated like trash when we tried to use our Marriott QR code for earning points at the bar; we were told (from front desk manager) in this country, Marriott doesn’t honor status (“your status means nothing here”) or partake in Marriott points earnings. This is the first review I’ve ever left - 15 years exclusively staying at Marriott properties and 10 years as a Sodexho employee; I will also leave the same communication with my Ambassador Concierge. I’ll wrap with warning all Bonvoy Members, the Sheraton ( we left mid stay and moved here) is a much more efficient decision, it’s less expensive, same location, better longe food, and service that far exceeds Marriott Reforma.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s been a nice stay both times. I gave the hotel a 4 star rating this time because I was cold in the room and the climate control wouldn’t let me make it warmer. I called the front desk and found out the rooms didn’t have heat. It was cool at night so there were times where it was getting down to 64 Fahrenheit in the room. I eventually asked for another blanket for the bed and I slept fine. Aside from that, this is a really nice hotel with a pretty nice gym. I’d recommend it to anybody.

This was an excellent hotel! The service was amazing during our stay including the front desk staff, M Club service, and room service. Especially big thanks for fulfilling my pre-check in requests for feather pillows, extra towels, and a blanket…these were all waiting for us in our room when we checked in. The room was very nice and clean. All staff made us feel welcome… and I’m sorry for not knowing Spanish, but they all made us feel this was not an issue during our stay. We will be staying here next time we are in Mexico City!
