Hotel was beautiful! Staff was very attentive. Restaurants were wonderful, food was superb. Located in a lovely part of the city. However, the view from my room was the black wall of the building next door. Over all this was a wonderful place to stay. Jorge Chavez spoke beautiful English and was extremely helpful to me since I speak zero...

Great hotel in good part of the city. Used Uber to get around. Fares are very cheap. Staff are helpful and rooms are very good. Traffic is terrible but food is great and reasonable. Dali display on Reforma Ave was well worth the walk.

I stayed here for 5 nights on business. Bearing in mind I was already having problems sleeping due to jet lag I was woken up at 4:00am on the 2nd morning by one of the guests in the neighbouring rooms alarm. It was so loud I thought it was my own. Then the occupancy of one of the rooms changed...

Dear Janette B: México city Marriott Reforma was taken over from another hotel , 8 years ago, when property was glutted to meet Marriott International Standards. Our alarm clocks are controlled by each guest and unfortunately neighboring guest did not turn its unit off. We have a procedure implemented by housekeeping department to make sure rooms that have checked out,...

We had a wonderful experience with Fernando, the concierge, booking a private tour for us. We met the Director of the hotel, Jose Manuel Castello, in the elevator. He greeted people in the lobby. Our last day, Alegandro Janchez, settled our bill for us. The buffet breakfast was delish on our last day. The hotel was located in an area...

Picture this: I am a platinum Marriott member. As I arrive to check in I give my name. Instead of welcome, I got, "your credit card was declined" announced to the lobby. Of course it was not accepted, my bank was doing its job. My credit cards cannot be use without the chip and as a hotel, you should know...

I had a three-day work visit in Mexico City and was tasked to also prepare lodging arrangements for my Management Team in the same hotel. In the initial stage, I had numerous discussion with the Sales Representative, Ms Bibiana and Ms Mary Carmen- who were professional, smart and accommodative towards changes. The team is willing to revise its proposal over...

We went for 5 days during spring break. The staff at the marriot was very well trained. Everyone was very helpful, the staff at the executive lounge especially Moises was exceptional. The room was adequate. They had room service once a day and nightly turn down service. The gym and pool were very nice. The location was convenient to shopping...

If you are gold status or above at Marriott, you are going to love the Marriott Reforma. If not, you are probably still going to love the hotel...just not as much. I have stayed at this hotel twice, for a week both times. The check in was quick, although a bit more complicated if you have status. I had to...

The Marriott is a well-known brand for hotels and this, located in Reforma st, Mexico City, is not the exception in terms of quality and service. Modern facilities, good service, extremely good located (at least for me because it is one block away from my office), you will find many restaurants and shops pretty close... Very recommended for business travels....

You can rest comfortably when you stay at this downtown Mexico City Marriott, as security measures are a priority. The location is literally surrounded by many of the top attractions in the city, with many being within a safe walking distance. The staff at this property is absolutely outstanding and most speak and understand English with ease. They are not...
