Staff is great, we learned each others names in just a 3 day trip. They were knowledgeable and provided info on places to go. The location is centralized to key sites in the city. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly accessible to public transportation and uber. The hotel was very modern and beautiful.

I have been going to the Marriott Reforma in Mexico for a number of business trips, to the point that I spent more time there than in my house. The rooms are really good, the breakfast and room service is quite great and the staff is simply amazing and they will make you feel at home! Location is really convenient... More

Great service from Moises, Fatima, and the rest of the crew working the 16th floor. Great service from Jorge downstairs!!! Great overall experience - We were there on business for a week and half and their service made a huge difference.

I have stayed at the Marriott Reforma on two occasions, both were work related with a little touristy activities buffering the visit. The hotel is very nice and modern with a staff that really goes out of their way to make sure your every need is taken care of in a professional and quick manner. I am a platinum member... More

Business trip to Mexico City. Location was perfect for downtown, and tons of restaurants right around the hotel. Room was nice, a tad small, but super clean and well appointed. Very helpful staff, great breakfast buffet. I also had a wonderful massage in the beautiful, spacious fitness center/spa. Ask for Elvira-she was amazing.

Location is fabulous, it's on Reforma Blv... many shopping centers near by. I definitely do recommend this hotel, and by the way it's walking distance to the Zona Rosa area. It's literally in front of the US embassy by the angel (El Angel)

This is my 5th time at this hotel! Always a very good stay, pretty consistent good service! Room are quiet, good gym! Right in the center of Paseo de la Reforma. The only negative thing, last night I came back from work late, and I had some food at the bar, not really good!

Good hotel at good value. Good location on Reforma near insurgentes. Security is active: visited me when I came back while the housekeeper was in the room to confirm my ID. JW in polanco has a more robust executive lounge, but it's at least $100 US more/ night so go out for dinner and with DF traffic, you sleep as... More

I chose this hotel primarily for the locations, a short walk from my office where I was working for the week. The hotel is modern, not too large but with all the amenities you would expect from a large chain such as Marriott. Check in staff were very efficient and helpful, as were the staff in the Executive lounge who... More

I have been a gold/platinum member for most of the past decade, as I travel 70% of the time for work. I usually stay at the JW Polanco, which I recommend highly. First strike- they wouldn't let me check in downstairs, because I was 'executive level' and they wanted me to check in at the lounge. Ok. Except there was... More
