The first room we got had some sewage problem. Every time we flushed the toilet, there was water coming out from the floor tile gap. I asked the front desk to get another room which was ok. The hotel is in a good location. For Marriott platinum or above members, the M lounge provides good breakfast and dinner.

Fantastic location! Price is reasonable, ton of things to do around in the neighborhood. Staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are standard ones. The hotel was very busy - not sure if this is typical, but it did not affect sleep quality. Will be back.

This is an expensive hotel hut has a nice gym, pool and restaurant. Perhaps I should have booked ahead. Beds are good but they have a really annoying bright green light from the wifi controller that flashes at night right next to the bed on the wall. It stopped me sleeping well for three nights. It should have some type of cover over the lights because they are needed for someone using the room

It’s a very good place to stay, it is well located and the hotel is very nice. The only issues we had is the beds where very small for 2 people to sleep and we where always missing towels, and the fridge didn’t work. But everything else was very good.

Which hotel wouldn't allow its guests to have a drink or some food at their rooftop? This one. Unless you're a platinum or whatever member of their loyalty club or if you pay 60 USD every time you want to be there. On the other hand, I just got a very friendly welcome at the rofftop of the CondesaDF, a boutique hotel just a 15-minute drive from the Marriott Reforma. And I'll definitely be checking other rooftops nearby in the coming days.

It seemed that this hotel has some mixed reviews both here on TA and on Marriott Reviews. We are Lifetime Titanium Members and we were very pleased with our stay here. The location was great for walking. Getting Ubers was super easy. The Reforma is great on Sunday when the road is blocked. We had one meal of snacks in the restaurant and that was fine; the service was great. The lounge was terrific. They gave us no issues that there were three of us (our adult daughter was traveling with us). Plenty of seating; beautiful views; breakfast had a nice spread. Sure the rooms are a bit dated but they were in good shape. We used points for the stay and had booked into a non view room but were upgraded to a room with a view. Hotel was exceptionally quiet - no street noise and no noise from other rooms. Masks were used by everybody and plenty of covid precautions being taken. All in all it was a great three night stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

+1
Marriott Reforma really knocks it out of the park with this property. Excellent courteous staff, and lots of them. Great housekeeping, great service in all aspects, and the hotel is right in the middle of the action of Zona Rosa. The best of all for elite members is the 16th floor rooftop lounge. Mauricio in the morning & Roberto in the evening & they are staffs to an excellent job of taking care of everybody with a great breakfast food buffet in the morning a great dinner food buffet in the evening a top shelf bar incredible desserts and fantastic service. This is not your typical Marriott lounge which in most hotels can be rather small. A truly great visit all around.

I needed a doctor the moment we arrived. One arrived in 60 minutes as promised. Carlos from the concierge desk accompanied doctor to translate. He even went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. I can’t thank him enough for his compassion and service.

We only had one night here, but we loved it. The rooftop M Club was the best, great outdoor seating, a ton of food and drink, and plenty of space. The gentleman working on the night on 3/27 was a rock star, serving, cleaning, mixing...all with a smile. He should get a special nod from his management. Walking distance to some great neighborhoods, we loved it.
