The earthquake affected la condesa and la roma neighborhoods really bad and many buildings in the south of the city. all the tourist areas are pretty safe like reforma, bellas artes, polanco, chapultepec and downtown.

There are no self-serve laundry facilities on-site. If the hotel's own laundry charges are exorbitant, I'd suggest asking the Concierge about laundromats. I don't recall seeing anything locally but there may well be one... More

Hi, I stayed for a week with work and walked most days to the office in the morning and evening. Never had an issue or felt unsafe. Definitely did not see any red light activity :)
