I have been in Ciudad de México sinceramente the 29th of December and will be until the 8th of January with my wife. We are staying at the Regent Hotel and so far it has been a very good experience. The restaurant has an excellent service with good food. They are undergoing a room's renovation and are doing an excellent...

Bathroom could use a redo. It took forever to have hot water, but once it got started, it was fine. They have filtered water faucet in the bathroom, so we did not have to worry about drinking water. Our room was large enough, the other people we traveled with had a smaller rooms. You have to pay for WiFi in...

Small city center hotel close to modern city center.Freshly sqeezed orange juice was great just like the food but had only a few choices what to eat. The hotel was clean but have no free wifi, only for a quite high price.

When I arrived to my room at this hotel I was really shocked by the dimensions. In fact is the smallest room I have been to in any hotel that I know (see the photos). The washroom wasn’t the exception, very small as well. In synchronisation with this minimalist approach the safe was a tiny box as well, I guess...

This hotel has a very good location, though the street where it's located is not pretty at all. But it's close to the junction of the two main avenues of Mexico City, Reforma and Insurgentes; that's a plus. The staff, especially the bell boys, are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is pretty good though could be improved, but...

This hotel is centrally located. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are a bit small and the walls are very thin! Corridors get noisey, the room doors BANG shut and you can hear everything. We travelled around Mexico and this was the only hotel that charged you for wifi. Around $5 a day. Also, careful when you shower....

ok to be fair we were originally booked at Hotel Casa Blanca. but they messed up our reservations and offered us rooms at their other property-Regente city. the hotel is centrally located with standard rooms and restaurant. the disappointment came from the fact that they barely speak English and DO NOT understand the concept of vegetarianism. they gave us boiled...

We were part of a group of 20 staying in the hotel, given that we all had paid the exact same amount of money to stay in the hotel, we were puzzled by the huge differences between our rooms. We were in a tiny room, with two single beds that were almost touching, while others from our group were in...
