This was a pleasure trip to Mexico City and a shot in the dark pick on this hotel. It turned out to be the right decision for my bebo and I. The accommodation where very good, from the attention we received when we first arrived to the interior contemporary style of the rooms and lobby. The hotels location is great... More

From the moment we walked in, you could feel the lackluster ambiance of this hotel. From its overly simplistic decor, to the poor service at check in. According to online descriptions, this hotel is designed in a minimalistic style, however I personally feel that was just a convenient excuse or explanation to justify this hotel's outright and all around cheapskate... It is the second time in less than one year I stayed in this Hotel and the reasons that took me to book it again basically remain: good location to visit CDMX, easy access to many interest point, hotel facilities are quite new, rooms with reasonable size for families (that include a handy and quite comfortable sofa-bed), free internet and... Excellent hotel if you're travelling only within this area. Many places to eat within steps. The hotel staff are very nice. The nightlife in the evening can be pretty loud on weekends.. so don't expect a peaceful sleep on some nights if your room is facing on street side.

We had a great visit with my wife and 3yr old son although the hotel is more suited for business. We were not treated any different by the staff, anything we needed they quickly resolved for us. The only reason why they are not getting a 5 is that the bed is really too hard. this hotel is in a... More

Like most hotels in Mexico, the room was big - with a separate sitting area complete with table, chair and a sofa. The rest of the room which was essentially the "bedroom" was very spacious. The location of the Hotel is excellent - right in Reforma and close to a lot of restaurants and right opposite to a mall which... More

the hotel and the room are fine. The room is fairly large with a very big bed. Everything was clean. For me the most important aspect of any hotel is sleep quality and this was poor, hence the low number of points given. The worst aspect of the room was the bed which was so hard it was like sleeping... More

Staff: helpful, attentive and pleasant. Location: ideally located to all the worthwhile sights and nightlife around the city. Value: excellent value for money. Amenities: clean, tidy well-maintained. Tip: don't give your e-mail address on check-out as an offer to join the Rewards programme. You will only end up getting mercilessly spammed.
