What good fortune to have a local Mexican friend recommend this amazing small hotel tucked away in a city of colorful charm, climbing up stairs in a narrow alley in the beautiful city Guanajuato. I was delighted by my hot pick room with a wonderful Katrina mural over the bed and a stunning panoramic view of the city. The details...

Casa de Dante is well located, very clean, and comfortable. It's a ten minute walk to the historical center of town. There is a rooftop terrace which offers incredible panoramic views of Guanajuato. Dante is very helpful and welcoming. There is also a team of ladies who prepare breakfast every morning. Best breakfasts I've had at a hostel or hotel!

Loved my stay here. The room was well decorated and comfortable. There are large lockers and several keys such that your stuff feels secure. Breakfast was fantastic and welcoming. This entire place is a work of art with the best views. I loved sitting on the roof top. There were other travelers from around the world staying here. My biggest...

I stayed there for two nights and so far has been the best hostal yet, the rooms r super clean, they provide towels shampoo, soap and lotion, but the best thing is the breakfast it's like ipearing at grandmas they decorate your food (animal shape) n ask you if you have had enough (like Mexican grandmas do). When I got...

1. The breakfast is home cooked by an older Mexican lady, who was extremely friendly. She would always ask, Quieres Uno Mas? (Do you want one more) 2. The view from the patio is amazing, however, it comes at a cost (many stairs to climb to get to the hostel), and the hostel is a 15 min or $5 USD...

I stayed there one night. Dorms and cleanliness were as expected. Towel, soap and shampoo are provided and included in the price. Breakfast was great! They try to make it personal, by asking you how you'd like your eggs or by decorating the food in your plate in a way that represents your flag, for example :) The people who...

The place looks like a fairy tale castle, with amazing views and unbelievably delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean, artsy and comfortable. Also, you can spend time just staring at interiror details and, of course, views from the rooftop. I loved the location, service and vibe. Highly recommended!

I stayed here after reading lots of reviews and recommendations of some friends. I think it's a great place and perhaps if I was traveling with a friend it would've been better. As a solo traveler for me the atmosphere is one of the most important aspects of a hostel. As long as there is a general level of cleanliness...

Amazing views from the roof. Very good breakfast. Wonderful staff. The style of the hostel is quite unique and charming. The bed was too hard for me. The bathroom is located within the dorm which I'm not keen on. Barking dogs outside were a bit of a nuisance. There's quite a few steps up to get the hostel. This could...

. Great service, great people, free gourmet breakfast, free wifi. Just long stairs, try to always take them up down ... it has both entrys one above and one on the bottom. If you use a wheelchair don't. Beautiful place, really centered.
