At arrive and from the outside the hotel looks OK. When we checked in there was no one to help with our luggage finally someone came with us to get our luggage from the car. The elevator is kind of dirty. Carpets on the hallway are dirt. Room first impression is so so because neatness is poor. Bed covers look...

I spend the night of 1st to 2nd June there when I attended the Guadalajara Food Tech Expo 2016. A special mention about all the staff; the Hotel Manager, the Reception staff, the Room maids, the bell captains, the restaurant staff... They all go the extra mile to make your stay at their hotel as enjoyable and productive as possible....

It is an average hotel that needs a lot of work. Rooms need upgrading especially the furniture. Rooms are big and comfortable. Located across the street from the expo so if you are not attending the expo no need to stay at this hotel. Room super expensive during expo. Restaurant was just ok nothing special.

Stayed here 2 nights on a heavy business trip. Found windows too thin, let in lots of street noise. Also the smoke detectors right over the bed shone a green light on my head all night! Room service was not very good either: water for tea came in a "coffee flavored" thermos. Breakfast coffee was sent up without any milk...

Very average hotel with little to no atmosphere. Relatively inexpensive but eating and bar arrangements are poor. No guide in room to tell you about hotel - no instructions on laundry. Key card failed to work on several occasions meaning another trek down to reception to fix it. All in all not much to recommend it. Try the Ibis a...

Spent one night with family of four, sharing one room. Very comfortable beds! Very friendly at the reception, free wifi, silent airco, fine shower, what else more to expect for a rate a little over MXN 1.000. Safe parking under the hotel which we considered important as we were only on our way through to the coast and didnt want...

Terrible experience since check-in... As a family of five people with 3 kids, we were quite sure to receive two connected rooms and as a result we were offered 2 rooms in the same floor, thank God!!!, but not close. Moquette of both rooms were dirty and when I looked under the bed I even found 5pesos!!!, this means that...

The "Camino Real" has been recently remodeled and is now the "Real Inn." The recent renovations should address some of the negative comments regarding it being dated. The rooms are contemporary, spacious, and clean. The breakfast buffet is above average, but nothing incredible. My only complaint would have been speed of service during the breakfast service. It seemed they were...

This hotel was perfect for a week stay visiting a tradeshow at the Expo. Basic ammenities, safe, A/C, and newly remodeled room and bathroom (except for TV furniture which looked dated and worn). Common areas also look redone. Good buffet breakfast and across the street from the Expo. Please note that this is a business no frills hotel when reading...
