Great old school hotel in the heart of Guadalajara's historic district. Everything was easy and pleasant from reservation that check in. Room was most comfortable and QUIET! Got a great recommendation from the desk clerk for where to get coffee this morning - Chai Centro just three blocks away on Avenida Juarez. When I got back to the hotel, I...

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Morales for 4 nights in December 2014 to kick off our honeymoon in Mexico. It ended up being our favorite hotel of the trip. The rooms are nice looking, comfortable, and well-kept. The showers are great, which is something I have come to value when traveling abroad. The staff is friendly, helpful, and...

Nice building, nice decoration, nice people. Quiet during the night. The room was good and clean. We stayed in this hotel only for one night and we left to the airport at 6 am when it was still dark. We slept in one of the rooms at the back of the building, in the morning the lights were off and...

My wife and I went to Guadalajara, Mexico to celebrate the Christmas holiday from December 18-29, 2014. We stayed at the Hotel Morales in the downtown (central) historic district, and had a Royal Suite corner room on the third floor balcony looking out onto Ramon Corona Avenida. The hotel is a beautiful Spanish Colonial design and was well decorated for...

An historical building in downtown within walking distance from all the cultural sites, shopping, restaurants and just plain walking to see this industrial yet beautiful city. Each floor has a courtyard with chairs for that relaxed feel after a hard days "touristing", or just reading or browsing for your next activity. The restaurant is a surprisingly good one - very...

Rooms are also amply equipped with a safe, hairdry, iron and ironing board as well as a small filter coffee maker. My only slight disappointments were that the room was inward facing andbtherefore...

Great Location, great value and very clean. If there was one complaint it would be the early morning wake-up from the "Piano-Guy" who plays at 8am! It is so loud it wakes you up! Why would any management allow a piano-guy to play so early??? I heard many guest complain for the same reason!!!

“Pay attention to details, light fixtures should be straight, not looking like they might fall at any minute, take a good look at the shower/bathtub, not inviting and dangerous steps. Beds are good but small, not many king size rooms available although our room could have easily accomodate one.”
