We are return customers. Location is not the safest but just be aware of your surrounding and don’t walk around too late. The hotel is really nice and the price reasonable. The customer service is excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel Morales! I love my room and the staff was very friendly, despite language barrier sometime being present. My stay felt like I was visiting my favorite relatives The only thing that I was lacking was a Mini fridge or microwave in the room. All the sites were in walking distance right in the center of downtown and all the shopping. I can't wait to go back

For our first visit to Guadalajara in 20 years, we chose the Morales for two reasons...location and air-conditioning, which our previous favorite hotel doesn't have. We are so glad we did! Where can I start! Security and cleanliness were clearly a high priority, and we felt very safe on our first post-COVID out of the county trip. We ate breakfast every morning in the hotel restaurant, which had a nice variety of choices and was served by an attentive staff--we particularly appreciated Felipe. We also had dinner there a couple of times and were very pleased with our food. Veronica, the lovely concierge, arranged for an in house COVID test which was very professional at a very reasonable cost. We also took advantage of the spa and had wonderful massages by Fermi and Claudia. Our room was spacious, the rainfall shower was lovely, and it was all extremely quiet. Of course the peso/dollar exchange rate is very favorable to dollars right now, so it was all very reasonably priced. The only minor complaint is that wi-fi was spotty. I don't know when we will have a chance to return, but we will definitely stay at the Hotel Morales next time too.

This hotel has been our go to hotel when in Guadalarjara and we have stayed there over 10 times. This last trip I found that their internet connection in the room was almost non exsistant ranging from 2 mbps to 6 at given times. When I called the desk about it the clerk hung up on me because he did not speak English so I called back and a gal answered the phone and wanted to debate my complaint saying it was fine. She finally agreed to have it checked. We went out for a couple hours and when we returned it was the same so I phoned the desk again and they sent a person to the room who showed me it was working fine on his phone for a second but not on either my phone or tablet, Then his phone went off as well. He said he would get maintenance to check it out and come back and report in ten miuntes. Never saw him again. This service is unacceptable.
