The hotel has period decor. We loved the open courtyard and the goldfish pond outside our room. The hotel staff at the desk and in the dining room and bar were wonderful. The concierge has lots of helpful info, and the front door staff can always get you the best taxi rates. Good air conditioning and noise proofing in the...

Hotel Morales is a great location and lovely historic building. Our room had excellent air conditioning to escape the heat of mid-day, great water pressure and hot water for a historic building, and convenient shuttle service. We ate at the restaurant 3x and the food is good and reasonably priced. The concierge Miguel was helpful in explaining how to take...

We enjoyed the lovely hotel, the view from the fourth floor terrace, and the quiet location. The staff was very helpful and kind. We especially appreciated being able to leave our suitcases at the front desk after checking out so that we could continue touring the city.

What a wonderful place! I spent five nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was accommodating and Joel at reception took care of me expertly. The rooftop pool was relaxing. The proximity of the hotel to all of the historic center of the city made walking a pleasure.

We loved the hotel, updated and spacious rooms in a quaint colonial building. Walking distance to Plaza de Armas. Beautiful lobby. Restaurant serves good and reasonably priced food.. The rooms and public spaces are carefully maintained and very clean. We'll definitively stay there next time we are in Guadalajara.
