Front desk very helpful and quick check in and check out. Rooms are very spacious, there is a desk and a coffee machine and wireless internet. So close to the airport, it is actually the only hotel by the airport, others are not close. Here we just cross the street. We did not have breakfast because it was an early...

Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Terribly overpriced!!! Honestly can't think of a more uncomfortable bed anywhere. Rooms dated and worn. Food was average at best. Will stay again but only because it is next to airport.

I was overnighted in this property in april, of 2013 due to a airplane mechanical in gdl airport. the property purports to be a 4 star hotel but is really a two star. they do not charge accordingly and charge way too much for poor quality, no continental or any breakfast was included, even a modest breakie for this property...

Arrived on Christmas Day at 10pm with 2 toddlers . It's walking distance from the airport. I was terrified after reading all the reviews. I took a chance and went ahead and staid here. Honestly I don't know why such negative feedback. I can only speak for myself and we enjoyed staying here for the night. It was raining when...

This hotel was advertised as a 5 star, but we found it to be old, worn, dirty, and in poor repair. In our first room, the door didn't lock, and when we tried to call the desk, the phone didn't work. The restaurant was dirty, the service was terrible, they overcharged, on and on... Make other arrangements!

We have travelled Mexico quite extensively and this Hotel is not worth the money they charge, not even close! Rooms were old, run down, smelly, damp. No WiFi in the room despite the 8 connections to choose from. Food was forever to come, lunch was not too bad (hot chicken sandwich with beef gravy) but breakfast was horrible! Cold and...

This hotel is next to the airport.....within safe walking distance (50 metres ) from the exit of the arrival hall for international passengers. As I left the arrival hall at 0100 hours in early morning, the proximity of this hotel was a great relief. The other alternative is to haggle with the taxi drivers to take a taxi to one of...

We had an early flight out of Guadalajara and this place was in walking distance to the terminal. The price was 1,495 pesos, a lot more than advertised on the net. We have traveled in Mexico for 18 years and would consider 300 pesos a fair rate for the room. The carpets were thread bare, the shower door and shower...

Now there is another hotel reasonably near to the airport I will never stay at this hotel again unless they completely re-furbish it. It reeks of mould, dirt and dampness. The toilet in my room ran all night and no-one came to stop it despite three calls to the desk. The food in the restaurant was vastly overpriced and awful...
