Stayed two night with family of four. Clean room with air conditioning. Ask to be away from Main Street, because of my two young children they complained about the notice. Walking distance from centro. Staff was helpful and courteous. We tried the hotel food and was not disappointed. My kids are picky eaters and they really enjoyed the food. Just... More

This is one of the best budget solutions in Guadalajara. The price is around 500 pesos, the location is excellent and recently they have also upgraded their wi fi which provides excellent connection in all rooms. There may be not a lot of light in the rooms since the 2 storey building is surrounded by the scascraper of the Eco... More

Hotel is located in city center next to plaza, historic looking. We stayed there one night it was so loud, people with loud music, traffic, people yelling while going by, were not able to sleep at all. Mattress was so uncomfortable.

Yes, without a doubt, and without exception the rudeness of all of the clerks was beyond anything a guest should endure. In an honest mistake, I had a guest come to my room and promptly received a call from the desk that this person was under age and had to leave immediatly. Making a long story short, this person was... More

On Nov 26th I went to the hotel with my prepaid reservation The front desk was so rude I refused to stay there so I left. Their comment on cancellation was "We got your money go talk to the computer" And the two of them found me a foreigner tourist quite entertaing ~ well to me their apathy and condescending... More

A quaint little hotel near the historic area. Room was clean, nothing special but very adequate for sleeping. The man on the desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful.

The hotel was recommended to us by a local taxi driver. The hotel has both charms and flaws. The biggest charm of the hotel is the atrium located in the center of the hotel. It gives the illusion of being outdoors. One of the biggest flaws is that it doesn't have exterior windows in the rooms. The only window located... More

This hotel is very cheap and is only a 5 minute walk from the historic centre. The staff can speak English and are very friendly. I did have a small problem there, because I am vegetarian and the restaurant refused to accommodate me. I asked for some suitable food and they actually laughed in my face! But this is the... More
