Our room had an odor when we first arrived. Might have been from the house cleaners. The services were very basic. No bottled water offered in the room, which most hotels do. We were given a room in the back row and had a long walk to the front of the hotel. People that worked at the hotel were friendly...

We stayed here as we were taking the Tequila Express, which is across the street. Convenient location. Clean and friendly staff. Had the breakfast buffet. While it has good variety, it was a little pricey. We learned that across the street, where you take the Tequila Express, there's a-la carte breakfast at a great price. Other than that, the place...

The Camino Real Guadalajara is not your typical high rise hotel, rather it has very spacious one and two level units. The property is very well maintained, almost resort like. The front desk personnel were friendly. What really impressed me was the breakfast! The selection was great and the staff was amazing! They were very helpful and worked as a...

My stay was loud. I had a connected Room. Facilities are a bit worn and aged. I gave four stars because service is excellent and staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Gardens are well kept. I had to change the room and there were no problems at all.

This hotel is great overall. Very good located. Comfortable. Very nice gardens and spacious rooms. However there were some details about Camino Real, that rest them points for me, like you almost never can earn Círculo Real points. And this was the case. A lot of restrictions in its frequent guest program. Also, in this hotel, I was supposed to...

This hotel fails to deliver a good experience. Forget rooms are quite old and the entire property could use a refubrishment. These were the things that really made my experience unpleseant: The good: Perhaps for families the pools and the nice gardens (although old) are a good value proposition The Bad: They charge internet (really??) and is slow The water...

The hotel has a beautiful setting among gardens, pools and impressive old trees, but I wasn't looking for a park, I wanted a nice hotel for the price I was paying. We upgraded to the executive rooms so my parents wouldn't walk a lot, Negatives: The rooms are old Hot water comes and goes especially at night The curtains don't...
