The king room is spacious. Stunningly clean. I was disappointed not to have a mini fridge in the room. The pool area is nice. I had Uber Eats deliver dinner and I dined outside, it was lovely. Now I have left overs and warm wine- no mini fridge.

Had to stay over night on business. Checkin was easy since I used my app. I did request room keys, but that only took a few minutes. This is a large facility. Due to COVID I was unable to use any of the amenities. The room was clean and had a view of the lights. The shower had a hint of smell, but the rest of the room was clean. The bed was firm, and not lumpy. I would prefer a room with only the entrance door. This had a connecting room door. At one point in the night, I was unfortunately able to hear snoring in the adjacent room. I chose this facility based on other reviews. I would recommend staying here. I felt safe here, compared to other parts of the city. The breakfast was free, part of my benefits. It had a reasonable selection, and cook to order eggs were available. Guadalajara is a big, stinky, unattractive city. I would not visit, except it was required by my work. The staff at this Hilton were friendly, and went out of their way to help. Hope this helps.

I’m not going to sugar coat it. The room was great. The meals changed every day. Excellent service. A staff member named Gustavo was extremely helpful. For example, I am a picky eater. So I brought some instant noodles. He took them into the kitchen and put it in a bowl and everything. This is gonna sound silly but he made them better than I do. If you are ever in Guadalajara and need a place to stay, this is the place. Totally recommend.
