The service is absolutely incredible. Omar and Blanca at the bar are the absolute best and will take care of you and make you have a great trip. The drinks are wonderful and you seriously can’t go wrong. All of these people are incredible.

I have traveled all over the world and been to some incredible lounges but the staff at this lounge especially Oscar and Gustav made it the best ever. All of the staff went out of there way every night and in the morning to explain the dishes they were serving. The presentation was amazing and the food was excellent. I highly recommend if you stay at this hotel you upgrade to the executive level it’s worth it!

Had the most amazing experience eating at their restaurant. The menu may seem small but each item has a special and unique ingredient to it. Like the rose petal empanadas (YES, ROSE PETALS ) and the chicken hibiscus mole, ribs with the delicious corn salad.. to die for! 👌🏽 You don't find a unique menu like this just anywhere in Guadalajara. I could taste all the different ingredients with every single bite. Not only was the food delicious but the service was excellent. Chef Moi and the waiters ( Mario, Billy) were amazing and very patient in going over the menu items as well as share their uniqueness and quality of ingredients. Amazing food presentation too. I was not disappointed. Can’t wait to come back and try other items on their menu. Tuve la experiencia más increíble. El menú puede parecer pequeño, pero cada elemento tiene un ingrediente especial y único. Como las empanadas de pétalos de rosa (SÍ, PÉTALOS DE ROSA) y el mole de jamaica con pollo, costillitas con la rica ensalada de elote.. para morirse! 👌🏽 No encuentras un menú único como este en cualquier parte de Guadalajara. Restaurant chef, Moi, is exceptional in creating food and presenting a menu that captivates both the eye and your taste buds. Every single bite was spectacular and delicious. He personally came out to greet us and explained preparation details. All staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Dining at Restaurante Vitrales was especially wonderful. The wait staff were all fantastic; Ruis Manuel, Antonio and Fernando took Amazing care of us. The food was spectacular! I highly recommend the Hotel and the restaurant.

Although the hotel is dated, the service by all was great. We had breakfast every morning at Vitrales Restaurant and were always treated with a friendly smile. Carlos our waiter was the absolute best. His attention to detail was top notch. I also enjoyed Gaia Spa, had three services and all were just wonderful! I definitely recommend it. Thanks Hilton, we hope to be back soon!

What can I say? Blanca was essential for my Business trip. When traveling on a business trip times can be lonely and boring but Blanca made my time at the Hilton much more pleasant. The bar staff was on point with drinks and more importantly there to have a conversation and help you unwind after a long day. Thank you Blanca and Omar for making my down time interesting and enjoyable during a long and busy work trip. I would high recommend hanging out and having a drink at the end of your long and boring business day/trip!
