Good value. Hotel clean. Rooms could use a refresh but good value overall. Bed super comfy but pillow's huge. Starbucks right across the street. Quick uber to cento. Check in staff very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area.

The entire stay was wonderful, all the staff is attentive to every need you have.
From the moment you arrive in your taxi or private car, Consierge, Reception, Waiters, customer service staff.
The Restaurant, you really have everything available, the food is very rich, tasty and hot.
Hot coffee, fruit and above all the attention of the waiters.
The cleanliness of the room, the attention of the lady who provides the cleaning service, very friendly and attentive to your needs.
Wonderful attention if you need a taxi, they guide you on places to visit, eating options in the city, how long it will take you to arrive at your destination.
I think that all the staff do their best to ensure that you are very satisfied and grateful for so much attention.

In my last visit I ranked this hotel very bad, but in this visit was a complete different hotel! Since I stepped into the lobby the smell was very good, I requested a change in room and the lady at the front desk was so polite and help me with the change. I did not received any of the benefits of been a black status at the hotel but the service was so great that I didn´t miss any. The bed sheets were awesome! very soft, very clean excellent smell. The shower was EXCELLENT!

Very comfortable and pleasant stay, the hotel has an excellent location, although the hotel in some parts already shows the passing of the years, it continues to maintain quality in all aspects, the staff is very helpful, warm and attentive, I I stayed on the 19th floor and it offers a beautiful view of the city, the room was spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was included in my reservation and was delicious every day, honorable mention to the hot station chef, he always had a smile and made delicious omelettes.
Staying at this hotel has been a very pleasant experience. We leave happy and hoping to return soon.

I went on a business trip, they reserved me one night when I arrived at the hotel, I told them I needed 2 nights since I had a change of itinerary, they told me there was no problem. However, the next day when I was returning from a meeting and I only had 5 minutes to go up to my room to get my laptop, it turned out that I couldn't get in. I went down to the lobby where they informed me that I only had room for one night and that's why my room was not configured. key already with my time on me I lost my check-out since I had to spend more than 10 minutes on the phone of the same hotel making the reservation and having them charge me. When I precisely mentioned that part upon my arrival to optimize my times. Due to that delay I lost the vehicle in which I was traveling in a group since it was not possible to continue waiting for me. In addition to the fact that they booked me at a much higher cost for the second night because they did not respect the agreement I had and they did not clean my room. It is by far my worst experience in a hotel.

There was incomplete construction visible from the elevator on our floor. Other floors instead, displayed little amenities totally absent on our floor. Our room was not clean. A large floor lamp and coffeemaker were broken. We were booked for five nights as a couple but we were only issued one face cloth, one hand towel and one portion of caffeinated coffee. The "free" internet service was very weak. When we brought our problems to the attention of the staff we were met with excuses and resistance more often than cooperation. Extra portions of coffee were to be charged to the room. We were told one face cloth is standard for our room. The only feature of the room that did not involve problems was the adequate supply of clean bottled water. The location was safe and there were many decent restaurants within walking distance. Finally even though we were on the 15th floor the live music in the lounge was loud enough to be heard through our door and walls.

This is one of the worst experiences I had with grupo Posadas. I supposed to be what they call "black member" that suppose to be a higher level. Before my registration I received a letter of the benefits that I could have, about 16, what is funny the fabulous upgrade that was a scam, I got a very standard dirty room (The douvets were very dirty). The welcome courtesy, 2 awful cookies. The phone didn´t work when I tried to contact the front desk to report that internet was not working for me, I called thru my mobile and the lady at the front desk was unpolite and refuse to tell me the WIFI password!!! at checkout I waited in line for 10 minutes, when I gave my room number the lady said how was your stay and I replied terrible!! She only said that's all!!! I said in my mind wait till I received your evaluation mail that normally grupo Posadas sent after your stay, but surprise! the mail didn't arrived

This hotel is located in a privileged location. If you take into account that the hotel is many years old and, above all, that it has been properly maintained, this makes this hotel a hotel that has the best of the past and the best of the current. External noise suppression is excellent. The whites are very good. Very good air conditioning. The bathroom and amenities are very good. The cleanliness lacked a little, but only a little. The staff is very friendly, everywhere.

One of the best hotels where I have stayed. Upon my arrival and to my surprise they offered me a room upgrade to a Junior Suite that I loved, super spacious and with a spectacular view of the city. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I also want to comment that we received very good treatment from Carmina, the hotel's GSH, who gave us a courtesy because I was celebrating my anniversary. The breakfast buffet was one of the best, good flavor and very varied. It is worth visiting

Excellent location, the hotel is built excellent is very comfortable, being an already old construction has the benefits that you no longer see now in new constructions, very quiet. Very friendly staff. Only at reception did I not recognize myself as a frequent member but otherwise very well.

No they don’t. There’s a gym next door with a pool that used to be part of the hotel many years ago. You can use it for a small fee of 190 pesos if you are a guest at Fiesta Americana but, there is no re-entry.

There are taxis at the airport that can take you to the hotel. It is about a 30-40 minute drive and costs about $25 dollars.
