Casa Abril has a very convenient location with easy access to both the Centro and the Col. Americana - and it's very near the main local buslines to both places. It was surprisingly quiet and the service was very attentive, although I had to wait to check in. The high speed Internet also was working as it should. The bathroom... More

Muchas gracias girls! You have the best hostel I was during my trip around Mexico! The decoration is nice and the place and location are beautiful! I felt really safe in the area, and also for my personal belongings. Girls gave us good tips, gave a ride, and were extremely nice in every way and really took care for us!... More

Is attended by its owners Erika & Nestor, which makes the service is excellent. It has very good location because is near downtown but also closely together of the bars and restaurants zone in Lopez Cotilla street. When I return to Guadalajara, I'll stay in Casa Abril for sure!

The window opened onto a view of a large square, and the Cathedral Expiotorio was directly across from my window. Several nights I could hear lovely hymns from the church. The room was... More

I stayed at Casa Abril for a month while I attended a language school in Guadalajara. Nestor and Ericka were great hosts and welcomed me into their family. Their children are very well behaved and are alway polite. Their coffee and breakfasts were excellent. Both Erika and Nestor are bilingual, so for English speaking guests they are a good source...
