This is the second year we have spent a month in Cuernavaca at Villas Bellavista. Once again our hosts Bob, Cristina and their daughters Jennifer and Jessica could not have been more hospitable. They were eager to provide assistance with transportation plans and details regarding sites we wanted to visit. They were very helpful in facilitating communication between a Cuernavacan... More

Thank you Jay for your wonderful review. We so much enjoy having you and Britta and your lovely family stay with us as you all are the perfect guests, (especially the kids!). Cable finally fixed our internet, but it took us almost a month for them to install their new equipment! Hope you are enjoying the spring in Minnesota, we... More

This is a real treasure. My husband and I have visited here many times and each house is a private get a way, steeped in history and lovely accommodations. Loved the pool! The folks there so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this for a restful and romantic getaway.

This was my second visit to the Villas, but the first for my wife. After our second day, she remarked, "I could live here all the time! It's like waking up in a tree house!" Bob and Cristina are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This will always be our "first choice" accommodation whenever we visit Cuernavaca.

First time here in this area but I fell in love with the area along with all the museums and attractions. Restaurants from the market tacos to 3 star status. Bellavista was a plus to enjoy all my favorites pool , large kitchen, large bedrooms great staff and owners. Thank you for a great start to my Summer of 2015.

We saw this online and couldn't quite believe the pictures. But after some e-mail dialogue, we booked. And the pictures were true. This is a very pleasant retreat, a cluster of villas in north central Cuernavaca. Nicely landscaped with mature plantings and trees. Well situated for transportation: buses on a major street a few blocks away and a taxi stand... More

We've been returning to Las Villas for years, and each time we go back it's harder to leave. The second generation owners, Bob and Cristina, live on the property and maintain it, and their guests, like the ideal family -- warm, friendly, available, but not intrusive. Cuernavca is a little gem. A walk from the villas will take you to... More

I stayed in the Villas for nearly a week on a business trip with a colleague. The rooms were very clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. Bob and Cristina were incredibly friendly and lent us a local phone. They were also always ready to answer a question or offer advice. We stayed in El Nido, which had great windows looking out... We stayed at the Villas for a week in July 2013...its very clean, quiet, safe, full of character and cozy. The Bob and Christina as well the other guests (some long-term residents) were a delight, which was particularly welcome for our group of 10. Very close to everything. We will be back soon.

We are a 3 generation family that stayed just two nights in a Villa in Feb. 2013, doing some sightseeing in Cuernavaca. The villa was clean and fairly comfortable. There was a nice courtyard and short walk to the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed but we only ate in for breakfast -- I can't comment about... More

The management of Las Villas de Bellavista enjoyed having these guests and provided them with the larger 3 bed/3ba, 3,500 sq.ft. home at a discount from the normal daily rate to accomodate their need for 3 bedrooms although they inquired about the 2 bedroom initially . When these guests initially made their reservation deposit, there was the option to pay... More
