The hotel in general was a very good experience, it is in the city center but you do not feel like you are there. The hotel is super nice, its like an old hacienda so you have the feel of an old mexican house but its super nicely refurbished. When i got here they gave us an upgrade to a...

Our stay was a delightful one. The property is well maintained and quite nice, chic even. The real highlight here is the quality of service and food. I don't think I've ever been anywhere where I felt so welcomed. This alone is a special trait and it permeated during our stay there. The rooms are smartly decorated. The music sexy....

Fantastic hotel, great service, loved the downtown location. I could walk everywhere. Room (no. 5) was beautiful, bright, had a lovely balcony overlooking pool. It was wonderful to open the double doors to the balcony every morning and catch the breeze. As a solo traveler I especially appreciated the staff's attention. My only caveat is that the hotel plays EXTREMELY...

The location, hotel and rooms are very nice, the problem is the DJ at night until 12:30 and the club across the street that stays playing until 2:30 way too loud. I the morning the trucks start at 6am not too loud but still not quite enough. For a party/lounge music, drinks weekend could be a good place to stay....

this place blew my mind. beautiful location right in the center of cuernavaca. the residence was beyond my expectation! Between the attentive staff, great food, cocktails and relaxing common areas we hardly left. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family's stay and dinner. A gem of a find!

The pictures in the website oversell the hotel - it is actually not as nice as it looks online. The lobby is badly kept and quite dirty. Although the rooms are esthetically OK, the shower floods the whole bathroom and the hotel restaurant has a DJ playing all night long!! So, if you are looking to relax and get sometime...

When we got married in Cuernavaca earlier this month, we had booked the whole place for ourselves and friends to stay. It was my second time staying at the hotel, so I knew what to expect, and it was such a treat to see how much my friends enjoyed their stay. Here is what we all loved about it: First...

On our recent trip to Mexico to see Adele in concert in Mexico City, we took a few days to venture outside the DF and go to Cuernavaca. In planning the trip, I used TripAdvisor as usual to help us to decide where to stay. Las Casas was one of the top rated hotels in Cuernavaca. As always, I read...

Me and my family had a great stay at Las Casas. The tight security and visibility made it easy to let the kids have a little freedom on the grounds. The design was beautiful and the food was great. I didn't want to leave!

Since our arrival the hotel made a mistake with our reservation, they booked us for the day after, leaving us with no room. At first they tried to pin the blame on us and refused to accommodate us. Once they realized it was actually their fault, suddenly there was a room available. After several hours, they finally gave us the...
