The place is great, it is beautiful, but the Food and the service it is not at the hotel level. We go this last Saturday to celebrate ours aunty Birthday, all the food was horrible, our aunty ask for a fish tacos, the tortilla was hard, burned and cold, we ask for a change and the waiter only remove the... Back in the hotel for my anniversary, and now that the rooms have AC's it's comfortable and much more quieter. I stayed in room 3, which over looks the restaurant, however even though I got noise due to music, I slept from 11 pm to 11 am. Again service was awesome, the menus changed from before and even staff has... More

Had a great 3 night mid-week stay at Las Casas. The property is a former residence and has lovely landscaping. From the time we arrived and the valet took our car we felt welcomed and all our needs were attended to....even a complimentary beverage upon arrival. Theme of the B&B is white, everything is white with a rustic edge...makes for... More

The hotel is ok but is completely unacceptable that they have a DJ playing loud music that is very intrusive in the rooms. It is Saturday night and they calmly said the music will continue until 1 am. I have never seen this before in a hotel- I pay for a room and I don't have the option of silence... More

Really lovely impression on arrival, 2 beautiful pools & seating around them. Spacious, clean, bright, white room & nice bathroom. Generous breakfast & really nice staff. Great location steps from the zocalo & cathedral. Would highly recommend!

I booked a double room through Trip Advisor (Book It) for a one night stay for me and my daughter. We arrived from Mexico City by bus and taxi (40 pesos). They first said we could leave our bags and return for our room as check-in is 3:30. I had given a credit card for our reservation but it turned... More

We arrived in the city of eternal spring (and also eternal traffic jams) tired and hot but were immediately rejuvenated upon entering the gorgeous Las Casa B+B! The fabulous Cesar took showed us our gorgeous room (Uno) more palace suite than hotel room. A beautiful white room with a large king bed, a sitting area, a long hallway lined with... More

There are pluses and minuses to this place. Upon first entering, it seemed ideal - perfect location (right across the street from the Palacio de Cortez in the center of town), the grounds are lovely, the staff welcoming. But details matter. The pool (which looked so inviting at first) had a film on it when seen up close that made... More

Stayed one night. Arrived early had breakfast on their outdoor dining patio. The food was spectacular and the service was impeccable. We were allowed to check in early which was very nice and helpful. The hotel/bar is really quite beautiful and stylish, it is a place to see and be seen, especially at night. The pool is very nice. Our... More

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Cuernavaca, steps away from Palacio de Hernan Cortez and 2 blocks from the cathedral. The hotel has nice outdoor swimming pool, an all-white motif, large rooms, a spa, free wi-fi, and excellent service. For my family trip, I booked rooms 3 and 8. Room 3 is massive (1 king bed, separate bedroom... More
