Although Cuernavaca is no longer a small Mexican town, it is a huge city with nice typical places to go and enjoy. It is the “city of the eternal Spring” or so they call it. Yhe city is also known for its old colonial buildings and lush gardens. This very nice hotel allows you to enjoy all of that. I went there invited to a “destination wedding” and was not expecting too much. It surprised me favorably. Rooms are spacious (choose one with a terrace to its garden’s) and so is the bath. The beds are comfortable and there is 24hr room service. It has three swimming pools (one of them off limits to children given that it lies outside the Spa). The gardens are filled with extraordinary art works. To top it all, the buffet is extraordinary! Specially if you love Mexican food made right there and then, in front of you. Service is excellent. Couldn’t ask for more! I will be going back, but this time for a weekend “honeymoon” with my hubby!

When you first enter this hotel you feel like you don’t want to leave it anymore. Nice atmosphere, flourish gardens with sculptures all around the place. Staff is very kind and helpful. Got a room with balcony and jacuzzi which raised the experience to a other level. Now you don’t want to leave your room. In the restaurant you may find a variety of Mexican food that make you feel like eating everything. The price is fixed and you can eat as much as you want with tap beer included. It really worths what you pay, around 20usd is a good bargain for what it offers. If you come for a romantic weekend or with family or even alone to rest, read and meditate that is the right place.

I spend 4 days at this place with my parents and sister and was simply amazing. The hotel is full of an incredible collection of trees and exotic plants. You feel like you are living in a botanical garden. Walking in the hotel gardens is already worthit. It has 3 pools that gives you the experience you would like. 1 big which is busier and 1 with salt water that is perfect to relax and a relative smaller pool where you can have a quiet day. Personnel is simply overwhelming, always every single person was giving a nice smile and helpful. You really feel spoiled and comfortable. Rooms are big, clean and rustic style. Beds are super comfortable and you can get all warlter you want in the room without any charge. Rooms have a small terrace that is also a perfect spot to relax. We had a need for setting certain food for my dad in a fridge due to medical diet, there are no minibars in the room, but when I explained the situation, they sent us a mini fridge which made our stay Ideal. And last but not least the restaurant. Food is so Nice, all Mexican style with a perfect touch of glamour and typical. On weekends brunch is unbelievable anything you can think is there, can not miss it! And the waiters are best in town. Every meal was a perfect experience. I must say all were super helpful but I will never forget Heber, he was simply a Star. Well all in all if you are in Cuernavaca you must stay here! Thank you all Martha

This hotel is quite a way out of the centre of town , and in beautiful gardens with a nice pool but the main drawback is the noise. While we were there were at least 3 conferences going on with loud music and karaoke going on until after midnight and in one case until 4am . One couple in our group asked to move bedrooms . The manager was very obliging and gave us free wine with our meals but this didn't stop the disturbed nights . The restaurant is very good with helpful staff and great food, especially the breakfasts but don't go there expecting peace and quiet in the evenings !!

I stayed at this hotel while attending the wedding of a friend's daughter, and all was quite good. I even had my hair done at the hotel, which saved me a lot of time. The rooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated, each cabaña surrounded by gardens. The Church and wedding salon were in a different location, about a 15-20 minutes ride by car, which I did not really care for, though the place was very nice, and the service was spot on. But the truly best part was the Sunday brunch, to which even people that are not hosted at the hotel arrive. I was up early, but maybe it's better to get up a little later, as this famous brunch offers lots of very good food in every possible option you can think of, including sushi, paella, tacos al pastor, crepes, waffles, Mexican dishes, and also lots of coffee, which I loved.
