Was a little worried when we arrived by Uber from Mex City. Good place to stay put. We didn’t leave for 3 days but it was a great opportunity to relax, eat good food. Didn’t eat anything raw or ice. Jr suites and suites def have more ambience than the rooms. And the double beds are pretty small!!

The Hotel is very well looked after, the pool area is perfect for children. Breakfast was very good. Lunch and dinner not really appealing, since most of the menu had mostly typical Mexican dishes and if you are not into it..... you won't find it interesting.

Spend 3 days for a business summit. Location is excellent just an hour and half from Mexico City. Gardens are beautiful lots of outside space to have activities. Food I would say is good to average depending on what you expect. My biggest complaint is that rooms on the old building are really near the street so it's incredible noisy. Specially early morning so forget to rest until late or have a nice couple retreat. My advice will be to ask for a room on the new building could be far from lobby and restaurant but at least you will get some sleep. Service is good nothing special to mentioned. Overall good experience but opportunities to keep spaces well light and clean all the time.

It was the last day of our family 10 day trip and I was literally starving. I visited all good restaurants recommended by Tripadvisor but always bad luck - average between not very good and simply bad. So on our way to the international airport I had an idea to stop for dinner at Hacienda Cortes. And here lives the happiness. Their menu is a poem. Their service is more than excellent. I felt myself inside an animated fairytale for kids - Be our guest, be our guest, be our guest! Everybody who came to serve us was so polite, so natural, so gentle. Drinks were served very quick. Our meat was very good. The ambience and interior is stunning. And when I saw a carte de desserts, I couldn't help crying - I just didn't have place in my stomach. Then we went for a walk admiring beautiful gardens and yards. And my daughter told me: "Mom, our trip was good but why don't we spend our next vacation here? Without going anywhere else?" So, come here and you will never regret. As for prices: main dishes - 15-30 USD desserts - 7-10 USD
