Ever since the moment I made our reservations for Casa Chocolate, I anticipated our visit with excitement and titillated tastebuds. First of all, our hosts made us feel at home in an instant. They provided an excellent overview of everything we needed to know about our stay and invited us to share a welcome beverage in the common area. We... More

I felt lucky to travel here in February. The accommodations are well kept, the food is amazing and the hosts are fantastic. It was such a perfect getaway that I am going back this month to share it with my husband!

It reminds me of the baseball movie I so love, Field of Dreams, where the player asks the owner of the farm if this is Heaven and he responds, no, it's Iowa. Well my response to the same question is, no this is Casa Chocolate but who can tell the difference! What a wonderful place to spend my week in... More

I actually stayed here a few years ago (May 2011) as a treat at the end of two months of travelling in Mexico but Casa Chocolate stuck in my mind so strongly that it was the first place I thought of to review when joining tripadvisor. The three course chocolate breakfasts, the beautifully decorated chocolate-themed rooms (mine was the mint... More

We had the loveliest time staying at the Casa Chocolate B&B. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, there is ample outdoor space and covered lounge areas for guests, and our room (mint chocolate) was charming, clean, and nicely furnished/equipped. After a day of sight-seeing, we looked forward to returning to Casa Chocolate to relax on the covered patios before heading... More

We chose Casa Chocolate as the meeting place for our 10 year reunion with our friends from the UK. We had heard such good things about the place and about Cathy and Christine. The rooms were lovely and large even with using the futon as a second bed. The bathroom was well appointed with plush towels and lovely supplies. The... More

We stayed in the Milk Chocolate room, large very comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. Beautiful grounds, lush and green, good sized pool, individual suites and lovely social room for guests. Breakfasts during our weeks stay were divine, fruit platter, freshly baked bread made by Cathy and hot main course followed by home made desserts. The attention... More

Beautiful location and hostesses. The 4 rooms for rent are spotless and well constructed. Lots of comfortable seating covered and not around the pool and gardens. Traditional architecture. Ans in all rooms and beautiful modern clean sinks, showers. Twenty minute walk to town (up) but easy cab availability and lots of good places to eat within walking distance from upscale... More

I just got back from Cuernavaca Mexico. My aunt is house sitting and it was a beautiful little house to stay in. I would definitely stay there again. My favorite part was the big kitchen and the dogs. As well as the outdoor living which was my favorite part.

Awesome home cooking...incredible granola (bought some to go)! Soufflé eggs, incredible fruit, granola, fresh yogurt, espresso, fresh squeezed OJ, fresh bread...where do I stop!! Then to top it off; wonderful carrot cake muffins and chocolate (of course!) dipped strawberries. Heaven!!!
