This place has all kind of activities for families, the premises have enough enchantment to take a romantic walk around, which was our case. Very quiet and relaciona. The cost is around MXP$100 to enter and it includes a drink or if you prefer you can bit the ticket which includes a meal for MXP$250

Probably the beautiful part of reading reviews is the fact that you can have mixed reviews, getting really baffled and confused about places but so far all I have to say about the Hotel Hacienda San Miguel Regla is that it's a beautiful place and magic for sure. They advertise it as a rustic place, in a very silent/calm/quiet area... More

This hotel has along tradition. The food is ok and the gardens and trees are beautiful. There is a small lake and pool. Rooms are old and have not being updated for years. I was there on a specially cold weekend and although there are chimneys in the room I suffered the weather even inside the room. Tv is basic... More

Careful which room you book. Some are updated, some not. The rooms were clean, but NOT the table cloths at every meal--such a bummer because the food was good, served hot and in good variations at every prepaid meal. Staff is very friendly-including the laundress who washed, dried and pressed our clothes without charge. The bed was extremely comfortable and... More

It is a very big estate with nice old gardens. Rooms are located scattered around. Very quiet and romantic. Our room had chimney but they didn't bring the wood. They wanted an extra charge for it and still forgot to bring it. The wireless is only reachable in the lobby. Food in restaurant is ok but they dont have variety.... More

In the area on business, Hacienda San Miguel Regla was arranged for me to stay at for one night, which was one night too long. This hotel was not a pleasant place to arrive at after a very long day. After getting to the "Ventanas" room, and looking to have a hot shower and a comfortable sleep, it was soon... More

My partner and I were lucky enough to find a deal for MS$1800 for two adults all inclusive. We drove up from DF Saturday morning and arrived in time for lunch. The ladies at reception were very friendly and we were soon situatedin our little room Belen. This was not the nicest room as it had no view and was... More

Thirty years ago, when I first visited and stayed at this hacienda-hotel, it was just beautiful and peaceful. A great place to stay and relax. Today, greed has converted the place into a big business, you cannot even visit it without paying at the entrance. There are other beautiful old hacienda nearby that are more interesting and less crowded.

Stayed at the Hacienda in a congress form work, service was ok because we were in a group, almost didn't speak to the employees because it was all thru our congress manager, but I could agree with other reviews that service is kinda bad... on the good side, grounds are beautifull, the little lagunas and gardens are very pretty, would... All the comments about the unfriendly service at the reception desk is EXACTLY correct. Most other service was good. Food was average and plentiful. Rooms were large and furniture was OLD as was TV and carpet, etc. Bathrooms were clean but OLD I would return anyway because of fantastic grounds. I have not experienced anything like this place (good) in... More
