The Villa Vera is a great place place for a private getaway. The location is private, but only a 10 minute walk from the center of town. And the view across the beautiful bay has to be seen to be appreciated. The rooms are well appointed, the restaurant is close to all rooms, the food is very good and reasonably...

We stayed here for a week in February 2015. It's an absolutely beautiful hotel, made even more lovely by the very attentive and helpful staff. The hotel is small and quiet, set high on a hill with an incredible view of the bay below. While we were there, there were only a few other rooms occupied, apparently due to the...

The staff were absolutely amazing, the rooms perfect, the pool simply scintillating, the food delicious and the company of other guests enjoyable. This hotel allowed for a very restful, enjoyable and memorable vacation. I will return and happy to encourage others to visit. It is not 5 star by means however 10 star in so many. In a few places...

The Villa Vera hotel in Zihua is a great place to unwind. It is a small property on a hilltop overlooking the bay. The rooms are beautiful and most except the small studios have private terraces. The pool is lovely but small. The outstanding part of the hotel is the service. They will try to do everything they can to...

HI love this boutique hotel up on the mountain side. Far enough away from Centro, beautiful walk to town. The staff are amazing, helpful and warm. Remember you year after year. Beautiful views, great food at the restaurant. Clean rooms, great beds and super charming. We are Raintree club members and it has a lot of perks being a member...

We just returned from a fantastic 2 week vacation stay at Villa Vera Puerto Mio. This was by far one of the best vacations my husband and I have ever experienced. The grounds are beautiful with an infinity pool that looks across the bay of Zihuatanejo. While we had most of our breakfasts at the resort, we found many outstanding...

We booked a week at this resort thru RCI, our timeshare exchange company. The resort is charming, clean, with pleasant staff and an awesome view of the bay. But here are the issues that nipped us in the rear and resulted in a negative rating. 1) They have a mini refridgerator in the suite. Like most american tourists we need...
