The dinner was 3 course with"18 % gratuity included" as we left we were asked why we did not leave a tip? It was embarrassing! Food was good, setting great. Disappointed in our evening!if in fact we misinterpreted the menu it was our fault, but I wonder.menu is quite limited.

No wonder it's ranked as the #1 Most Romantic Hotel by Travel + Leisure. From the leaf and flower petal designs created nightly on our bedspread to the secluded sunbathing sanctuaries overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay to the extraordinary service and breathtaking views from our private terrace, this luxury boutique hotel is a destination in itself. We will be back!

my husband was recovering from a trauma and we needed a quiet getaway, January was hot and the architecture here is sublime, however our first evening was a supreme disappointment, the dinner was very lacklustre and the couple beside us was also complaining, showing us some substandard fare. we stayed five days and ate at other restaurants except of the...

We have been to this restaurant a few times and each time the experience is perfection. The service is impeccable, the food from the appies to the main course and the exceptional coffee were delicious and well presented, the view is fantastic and the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. We arrived in time to see the sunset and the staff...

Great dinner. Great crowd My kind of people. But waiting 1/2 hour for a glass of water? I know this is Mexico where people are not in a hurry , and they are right. But anywhere on earth, even in restaurants 10 times cheaper, if it is hot, and they know it, you get some water, which they sell anyway,...

Dear Muxumuxu, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at our Mar y Cielo restaurant. You have a point about waiting so long for water. I apologize. After your comment we decided to serve water and our “botana” right after our guests are seated. You helped us to improve. My regards Ana Maria Frias Director

My husband and I spent three nights at La Casa Que Canta to find some sun and relaxation in Mexico. The accommodations and staff at La Casa Que Canta could not have been nicer and their service standards were excellent. This small boutique hotel was perfect for a seaside getaway, as it featured beautiful vistas and a local artisan motif....

My wife and I just returned from five days in Zihuatanejo. We stayed at La Casa Que Canta and it was simply wonderful. In fact, it could not have been any better. This marvelous hotel is the best hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was beyond exceptional. The property is a boutique hotel, only twenty-five suites so it feels...

Over the past forty years we have stayed in many places in Mexico. This year our good friends suggested we try this hotel as it is their favorite.
