We stayed for 7 days for a family "destination wedding". The decor has a lovely old world feel with lots of love and attention going into the design. Our room was one of the smaller ones of the group but very cute with a balcony on the street and a outdoor mini kitchen. the larger suites have their own mini-pool....

We recently returned from a wonderful 3 week stay at Hotel Villas Las Azucenas. This was our fifth time staying with them and each time we return there we are amazed at all the additions and updates Lao and his wife have made. In addition to the roof top restaurant there is a new wing of comfortable suites, all with...

New chef,young,21 from Zih. This was his first week as chef at Villas Las Azucenas. Still using the old menu, which was heavy on fish. Talked with the waiter and he said he was working up his new menu. We lucked out the night we were there. The chef sent out a appetizer, eggplant and tom,and salad with apples and nuts...On The...

If you stay here, make sure you get one of the nicer suites. We had a breakfast suite and it was very musty smelling when we got there. It took a long time to air it out. The bed was horrible with a plastic mat under the sheet. I felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. It just...

My sister and I booked online at Hotel las Azucenas on the recommendation of friends who have stayed there several times. It was everything they said...relaxed and clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful roof-top restaurant with a view of the bay, refreshing pool for a dip when not at the beach, and the owners and staff are great! Our initial room was...

This is my second time staying here. I was able to have the room that I had the last time on the 3rd floor. Since my last time they have remodeled the room moving and enlarging the bathroom and enclosing part of the outdoor space and adding a small bed. They added another floor and some more rooms that have...

Took the long walk to the top of the hotel where they have a wonderful restarant. The food was excellent. We went twice. both times was fabulous. Try the coconut shrimp to die for. Worth all those steps and the view is spectacular.
