This place was very nice. Alexandro, Adriana, Andrea and Rodo made our stay especially Great! Jacuzzi, Bloody Mary + olives=soup! Relaxing massages set the mood for the entire stay! Wonderful People Beautiful place! Cant wait to be back
We stayed at a lot of all inclusive and this one is by far our favorite. The entire staff is so incredibly sweet. The food is actually good! (Especially the pool food!) the entertainment staff do such a great job keeping everyone busy and entertained. Housekeeping serviced our room everyday cleaning and replenishing. Room service was tasty and quick! Every room has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The went above and beyond for the 4th of July celebrating the USA. We were really blown away at this place! We will be back! Great job Hilton- you all should be very proud of this place!
I just came back yesterday from this Hilton.My and two of my friends had a great time.I kind of knew what hat to except from this place,but it was even better.I tried to get a higher level room to have a better view .I’m glad that I got my room just on the 3rd floor.I was so impressed of my view from my balcony(look at the picture).The food was so good in all of their restaurants.We loved their buffet too by Velas.Drinks were amazing.Premium liquors in the nice bars.I had fun just to stay at the Lobby aria by the pool.amazing view with some nice breeze...All of the employees were so nice and friendly.Well managed place.When I ordered some extra ice with sodas to my room,it arrived in few minutes.My friends stayed 2 more nights,I had to come back.I wish I could stay little longer.I went to PV about 6-7 times already,this was the best hotel from all of them where I stayed there for sure.Even if I try to have any negative,I can think of any...Highly recommend this place for everyone. Great Hotel overall! 1.-Perla and Yareli were outstanding with my son in the Kids Club! They have a very nice kid club room! 2.- Breakfast in Velas was always delicious, specially with Chef MARCOS, he went above and beyond! 3.- Pool was great! Oscar treat us very nice! 4.- Sunsets are like no other!
Our trip plans changed radically but we are amazed we have been having an amazing time with the entertainment crew… shout out to all of them Nancy, Ronaldo Edgar Rafael at volleyball where amazing and also the djs Alexis victor and Enrique amazing definitely coming back to this great place!!!!
This is the second time I stayed at the resort. Both times were fantastic. Good food selection, great accommodations and lots of things to do. I don't think you can get a bad room, as they all appear to have a view.
We had such a great experience this week. There wasn't short of great things to do because Edgar with entertainment! We loved Jose at the bar and overall will be coming back. Thanks so much!! I feel obligated to post this review considering how the vacation I was really looking forward to turned into a complete nightmare at this Hilton. The short story - a Hilton employee broke into my room, drilled into the safe, and stole all the cash and some valuables. Hilton didn't even cover the value of what was taken from the safe. Long story: the first room my boyfriend and I checked into had small bugs, we didn't know what they were. Concerned it could be bed bugs we were moved to a new room by the hotel staff. The next day we see more of these small bugs, after doing some online research we think they are small ants native to Mexico. The bathroom is full of them despite there being no food so we ask to move rooms again. The only room available has a handicapped bathroom. Not a great shower when you are paying a lot for a hotel, but better than ants! We take the room, the staff says we can move soon once else something is available. A couple of days later in our 3rd room, we get back to the hotel in the afternoon and notice there is white dust on the ground. Then discover the safe has been drilled into, so we immediately check wallets and passports. Our cash is gone but the passports luckily aren't. Right away we report this to the manager on duty - Gloria. She sends the security team who investigates and asks questions. Since our room clearly isn't safe we are moved to another room. They find out a couple of days later that it was one of the hotel employees and the manager assures us that "hr" is taking care of it. This is near the end of our stay, the hotel managers start heavily negotiating with us on our "compensation" for being robbed by an employee. I was truly shocked by this process. I assumed considering how serious this is that the hotel would take the full value of what was stolen (cash + AirPods) off our bill and maybe then some since it was so serious. In the end, all they did was remove $200 from the bill (less than half of the value of what was stolen) and offered 2 passes for future stays. That was the result of me heavily pushing back. This was a special trip for my boyfriend and I, it is firstly very disappointing that pretty much everything that could go wrong did. We felt very stressed and unsafe following the robbery, especially not ever learning the details. What is the most disappointing is however is how poorly we were treated after. I expect a hotel to do what it can to make something crazy like that right for its guest. Instead, I was treated like someone who was trying to take advantage of the hotel. Worth saying there were some very nice aspects to the hotel. For an all-inclusive the food was pretty good. Also, the restaurant and bar staff were very nice.…
We spent 4 nights at Hilton Vallarta and loved it! We came for our honeymoon so spent all of our time relaxing. Arianna & Diana at the spa gave us the best massages we have ever had! Ruben delivered our room service daily and was always excellent. He recommended some dishes that we try that we loved! Our favorite restaurant at night was La Luce. We had a wonderful experience with great service from Ronaldo & Guillermo. We especially loved the fresh Parmesan grated fresh from the cheese wheel! Looking forward to visiting again!
We were at the Hilton riviera all inclusive from 9/10 till 9/17. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. There is Table with two chairs, & a couch. Each room faces the ocean & pools & the view is just spectacular. There is a balcony with two chairs . Long table & a smaller one. The food was delicious. The staff is just amazing. The entertainment staff works so hard to Keira sure you have a great time. I would like to mention them buy make Because they deserve the recognition. Thank you to Nancy , Sami,Ronaldo,Edger,Ricardo & Onel. The waiters are always asking if you need a drink &’are quick to bring you what you want.Mario & little chicken were great in the restaurants by the pool. The bell boy Saul was so helpful. The waiter at the lobby bar Natalie was also wonderful. I also want to mention Karen at the Sushi restaurant . She was so warm & friendly . Please tip your staff if you up, they deserve it . My only complaint & I hope Hilton will look into this, There are restaurants and bars that are not air-conditioned, and it makes it extremely uncomfortable. The Mojito bar is amazing with swings and it’s so much fun but there is no air conditioning and you’re dripping wet when you walk out of there. The steakhouse where the food is wonderful and delicious, we couldn’t even finish our mail because we were sweating so much. It’s just too hot to none of air-conditioning in all the bars and restaurants, you are just too uncomfortable . That is literally my only complaint .…
