We also coordinated a whale watching excursion (also can not stress enough whale watching is a must do) through the concierge Bianey who called three places to get us in the next day!... She even welcomed us back after the tour asking about it!...

They are knowledgeable about bus fares and where to transfer busses if necessary... They keep a close eye on your bags then will take your bags to your room after you have a room number... The cleaning ladies are all very hospitable and helpful... Violeta stands out as one of the kindest, hardest working ladies among them... She has always helped us when we need help with information and directions to grocery stores, pharmacies etc... we have been going to Costa Sur and have never had any type of problem that Violeta can’t hep us with...

We had our wedding celebrated in Costa Sur Resort the last week of November after visiting PV the year before and planing the whole event for months along with the wedding coordinator Jessica. We live in NYC so our expectations were high and planing a wedding long distance wasn’t easy at times, mostly because communication through different time zones and languages affected the response timeline, but at the end, and at my most skeptical self, Jessica brought everything we wanted and took it to the next level... The whole set up was breathtaking and the whole event ran smoothly and there was never a moment of struggle and all was very well taken care of... Mention apart, all our guest were very pleased with the experience and the attention to details... Big shout out to Osvaldo, at the palapa restaurant that every morning welcomed all of us with a joke and the best service you can expect when you are on vacation... We are very grateful with all the effort put together for our special day and Jessica’s hard-work which is also a reflection of her amazing personality...

...The next day I searched for a hotel and found this fantastic place. When I arrived, I got a room on the 3rd floor... I loved my interactions with the chief concierge, Elena... She kept checking on me and ensuring I was happy and had everything I needed... The gym is tiny but okay with some weights, a cable machine, and a few treadmill machines... The massage area is excellent, and I got multiple massages there... I loved the pool and the activities led by the excellent activity manager, Okimy... We played darts, bingo, poker, and aquaerobics every day... Okimy is such an awesome guy; he became a friend; we chatted a lot and played ping pong multiple times (I won, of course, hehehe) The private beach is super fantastic and convenient... Also, I loved the mini market where you can buy anything you forgot to bring and small food items... Every day at night, I went down to the dining area and ordered the dinner special... To my surprise, the dinner was fabulous every day—very high quality and very tasty... Thanks so much, excellent staff...
