Stayed few days in 3rd week of may 2017 and Hotel, location, rooms, food, free wifi, everyone there, all was perfect and lovely! If you have used earplugs during your flight you might use them again if you have light sleep depending on the room you get. Nothing serious though and will definitively go again. Good job! Gracias!

Management and staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted us in finding restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean, bathrooms have been remodeled and included guests amenities. We especially enjoyed the full breakfast served on the 4th floor outdoor patio. The hotel was easy walking distance to the local shops, outdoor market and the beach.

We stayed at the Hotel Porto Allegro 5-7 April, which was 1 of 5 hotels during our tour, and not only was it our BEST, but we would have stayed LONGER if we didn't already have our next hotel booked. Check in was easy and friendly. Front door man took our bags up and showed us around. The room was...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Porto Allegro for 5 nights in early April. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. We were located on the 2nd floor and had no issues with noise. We stayed during the week so not sure if the area is louder on the weekends. Our room already had a mini fridge...

This is a wonderful little hotel just minutes from the beach and central location. Travelled alone for the first time and felt safe at all times. The staff was wonderful, Pasqule at breakfast and front desk Jaun Jesus were fabulous. Clean and quiet, comfortable beds and daily breakfast included. I highly recommend this hotel is you are not wanting the...

While in Cancun take the opportunity to take the ferry across to Isla Mujeres. It is charming, almost stepping into the past. There is outstanding snorkeling at the South end of the island. If you enjoy shopping, there are many little shops to choose from. You can experience swimming with large, but gentle sea turtles. Should you desire to spend...

Pro. We liked the location which was very close to the malecon and restaurants. It was fairly quiet for a downtown hotel and the staff were friendly. It is close to the stream that feeds to the beach which is a nice walk to the bridge to the other side. The hotel is also very clean which is greatly appreciated....

This was our first visit to this hotel. My review will be in two parts. The first will cover our check in experience. The second part will cover the hotel, room's,breakfast and other employees besides Victor. Our unpleasant experience started as soon as we walked in the front door. We stood at the front desk counter and waited not saying anything....
