Villa Premier was absolutely incredible! Paul was tremendous, greeted us with a smile everyday. The resort is small, quaint and close enough to local shops for an afternoon walk. The staff were polite and always made us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back!
We come to Villa Premiere 1-2 times a year. We love the location of the resort. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk and many great restaurants. The service at Villa Premiere is top notch. Javier at the pool bar, Paul and Tammy in guest relations, and Edgar at the restaurant always make our stay enjoyable.
We had a such a relaxing time. There was plenty to do but we spent much of our time by the pool and had great service from everyone there, especially Paul, Edson, Jorge, by the pool. When it wasn’t too busy during breakfast our server Omar would speak some easy, conversational Spanish with us to help refresh some of our rusty spanish skills. It’s seems clear that a lot of folks who stay here come back because of the amazing staff and the beautiful setting. We would highly recommend!
If you want to avoid big crowds of the large resorts, this definitely is your best option in Puerto Vallarta. The location is great, the hotel amazing, the service superb. Many activities are available within a short walk, or a quick drive.
The pool is beautiful and the beach is perfect. Paul and Javier were working the pool and they both took such good care of us from the beginning to the end of our stay. We can't wait to return to Puerto Vallarta!
We visited Villa Premier for a long weekend with three couples celebrating big birthday and anniversary milestones. Our top criteria in chosing a resort were that it was adults only, had a fabulous swimmable beach, and had great food and service. Villa Premier hit all those marks and more. Here's what was great: - The food truly was amazing and unlike any food we've ever had at all inclusives - consistently fresh, delicious and interesting. Meals take time (no buffets here!) but so worth it and a wonderful experience each time. - The drinks were delicious and we appreciated they weren't super strong so we could enjoy yummy cocktails through the day and not get too tipsy. = The rooms were beautiful with super comfy beds and a beautiful balcony that basically felt like you were on a cruise ship given the view of the ocean. - We did yoga on the beach each morning and it was amazing! - The staff are absolutley phenomenal! To a person everyone was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everyone in our group was comfortable, relaxed, and having a great time. We did tip all of our servers and bartenders, but I honestly think they provide that level of service regardless! Here's what was not so great: - We had only two full days at the resort and we were excited to spend at least one of them at the beach. The first night we receied a letter saying there would be no beach service the next day because they were setting up for a wedding in the morning (and then hosting the wedding in the afternoon and evening). We were dissapointed, but spent the day at the pool instead, which was lovely. - The next day, we were again excited for a beach day, but as soon as we set up on the beach, construction started right next to us on the hotel bar that was wiped out by the recent hurricane - the complete opposite of relaxation to hear power saws and hammering right next to your beach chairs! They did offer to set us up at the sister resort next door, but when we went there, we saw that the zillions of kids running around at the family resort weren't going to allow for the chill relaxation we were looking for - so, back to the Villa Premier pool we went. - We had one more chance for a beacch experience on our third and final morning, but this time we were thwarted by a huge athletic event that was set up right in front of the ressort. It started at 6:30 in the morning with an announcer on a loud PA and air horns celebrating the ocean swimmers. Again, not what we were there for! Obviously, three days at a beautiful pool with an amazing view of the ocean and never ending food and drinks served by excellent servers isn't anything to complain about - but we did chose this resort in great part because of their beach and then were dissapointed to never really get to use it during our stay. Some things were out of their control (they need to repair the bar some time). But I think incapacitating your whole beach for a wedding isn't fair to everyone else at the hotel. The staff were apologetic about these circumstances and actually treated us to a really special dinner experience on our last night which certainly underscored how much they care that their guests are happy. We'll certainly return to Villa Premier if we ever have the opportunity for a longer stay. That way, if there are weddings or other things that take away the beach for a day or two, it won't have as big an impact as those things did on our short trip. Too many great staff to name and I don't want to leave anyone out, so I'll just say the pool service team, restaurant staff, beach staff, bartenders, and front desk staff were all terrific!…
The service out by the pool is the best with Paul, so helpful with a smile always on his face! Our wait staff was Edson, the drink and food orders were always right and brought out quickly. Very fun and relaxing stay.

Everything was fantastic. Service was great, drinks and food were delicious. All the employees were great. Paul always went above and beyond by the pool everyday to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
