The room was large and the view was amazing. The staff we super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful. Being able to walk right out to the beach was perfect. It's south of the main part of town, so it was much more peaceful.

This place exceeded all of my expectations from the views to the food the privacy and perfect location! The staff is incredibly professional and friendly! The views though are like paradise and the sound of the waves every morning made me not want to leave!! I would recommend this place to any one looking to travel to a place where the staff greets you with a friendly smile and are always willing to recommend a place to eat or somewhere to have fun! I am looking forward to my next stay i can’t wait because there is so much to do near by from driving through the jungle with razors to taking a water taxi to hidden beaches where you take horses up mountains to waterfalls! Truly a dream!

Due to hurricane tracking over the Yucatan, we rearranged our program only a week in advance and came to PV/QMC, only reading the reviews online. My wife and I don't care for resorts, but rather stay off the grid, under the radar and a little more quieter. We were not disappointed with our decision!!!! From the moment we booked, Sarah and staff were on top of everything, from airport transpo, to suggested eats and day trips, to taxi's, to our return airport transpo. The ambiance of QMC feels like a traditional old mexico. Cool feel, architecture, low key and just an old mexico vibe. Romantic too. The Guadalupe room is only steps from your own private beach. We felt like it was ours for 3 days. Started our mornings with the great breakfast on the terrace and opted to (no excursions) walk into town to shop and eat/drink or simply swim, sun and snorkel. Catch a sunset drink/meal and one of the beachside eateries in town. The smaller the better ! The walk into town is a bit of a challenge along the rocks/beach but it was a great 15 minute exercise/adventure ! Also, QMC has LOTS of stairs so take that into consideration as well...We wouldn't change a thing and if we we return to PV, this will be our spot !!!!

I normally don't write reviews but this is a must. I decided to travel alone for the weekend. I live in San Diego CA so a direct flight from TJ is the way to go, less than 3 hours. I was looking for a chill place to avoid the resort experience, after a few hours of reading online I found Quinta Maria Cortez. The place looks better than the pictures.) My room was amazing, the views are breathtaking, I stayed on top floor. The staff was super friendly and every day was a perfect day!
