An average kind of place with friendly, helpful staff. Too bad we didn't know about the construction going on above us during the day/siesta hours. Nice little pool to laze around at and the breakfast $85 pesos was fairly good.

This hotel is located conveniently close to the beach (10 minute walk), in close proximity to the airport (15 minute drive) and also has excellent transport links into the centre of Puerto Vallarta. The marina is only a 7 minute drive away. That being said it was the perfect spot for us to explore the area. The biggest problem was...

my room was decent and clean. I liked the layout, but the pool noise was a bit distracting at times... but this is holiday season and people were just having fun. So if controlled quite is important to you, you might want to pass on this quaint motel.

the first night we had people screaming and shouting outside our door till 3am. they were involved in a brawl and when my travel buddy went to complain that we could not sleep, they got more loud and more annoying. we complained to the reception the next day, and got a refund and a new room, which was better. but...

We booked our first 6 nights of a 2 and half months trip in Mexico at this simple and clean hotel for a very good price thru Expedia. I was not too sure what to expect and we were both positively surprised to find a clean and spacious room and bathroom, silent and efficient A/C (at no extra cost), well...

Very clean and well looked after. Large beautiful pool in pretty well manicured courtyard. The hotel pictures of the rooms and pool are the same in real life. Francisco and Daniella greated us warmly ensuring any of our requests throughout our stay were met happily and immediately. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta on vacation for the last 6 years...

The pictures are VERY DECEIVING!!!! The rooms are dingy, dark, and depressing. The lock on the door barely held. The bathroom had cement blocks around the top perimeter, with huge decorative holes that allowed you to see the street from the shower, so that meant people could see you! The beds were as hard as rocks. Plus, the hotel had...

Nothing fancy here, but I am very well pleased with the cleanliness and wonderful staff here. The pool area is fantastic ,as well as the outside breakfast buffet area. For a budget hotel,,I would come back here in a heartbeat. Walking distance to everywhere,,beach, shopping, etc, etc. Sure,,the place is not perfect,,but for the money,,,It was perfect for me. Enjoyed my stay for...

Great location. Short bus ride or taxi to most anywhere in PV. Room clean and neat. Nice breakfast buffet. My complaint would be the WiFi, it is open and free and connection would be easy if it worked. As in most places the front desk staff are clueless the problem exists. They are not trained in how to reboot the...

We chose to stay at this hotel after a last-minute booking to Puerto Vallarta for 5 nights over Christmas. At the reception desk, we were greeted by friendly, English speaking staff. Our room was clean and stocked with towels. The air-conditioning worked well. Our room was poolside on the 2nd floor so there was a bit of noise in the...
