It was very clean and nice and the help was excellent and all were very nice. I would stay there again! The best I can say is stay there u won't be sorry. Great coffee shop in front. The pool on the roof is great and the elevator worked great. I really enjoyed staying there. Mike Leslie

We spent one night at the Mar Elena and it was perfect. The room was clean and the bathroom new. The internet rocks and is free. The staff was great and very friendly. It is near the main road so catching a bus downtown and back is easy. Right across the street is a OXXO so drinks, chips whatever is...

This place beats the resort we stayed at 3 days after Hotel Suites Mar Elena. Perfect location, right in between the Puerto Vallarta Marina and the Malecon. With a bus station right outside on the corner, you can ride around for $7.50 pesos! Amazing! Id recommend the dive shop across the street if you're looking for snorkeling or SCUBA. Silent...

The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel. Only one employee spoke English. Construction was going on throughout the hotel and I tripped several times getting on and off of the elevator because it did not align with the floor. The sheets had sand in them and after the second day I took all of the bedding off in...

I was there from june 8th to 12th and I love it. Very well location , near by down town and the main exit to Nayarit , the room was very clean and cozy, the price is not expensive , the pool is located at the roof but at the ground floor are some sofas for meetings and a tv...

I am here to help some guests of mine and show them where to go and what to do in Puerto Vallarta and found one of the cheapest hotels here. It is clean and has a 4' pool on the roof. There is no problem if you are on a budget and really don't care if you are not right...

Stayed here for two nights after a flight was cancelled requiring a change in travel dates and the original hotel was not available. We selected it because TA reviews stated it was clean (the number one criterion) and had a pool. Because we were looking for last minute accommodations on New Year's Eve, prices in most places were outrageous and...

Okay, the one thing and only thing I can't stand are roaches. Let me start off by saying this, the rooms as clean and pretty nice size. I have not seen any roaches in the room, however I have seen 2 by the pool area, and one in the hallway. They are also doing construction at the hotel during the...

This is a great small hotel, very clean great pool and sitting area in a hacienda like opening. Service is limited but helpful, location is central in older tourist area, located in the plaza Pelican area you are a block from the beach. Beach is not great here its narrow and no sand most of it is small round stones....

I booked this hotel a few hours before arriving in PV and got the last room, so I wasn't holding out any great hopes, especially for the modest price paid. I got a fantastic welcome from the lovely Anna Maria on reception, who was a delight throughout the week, and my room was much larger than I expected with an...
