We've been going to the Sheraton for over 20 years. We've only seen it get better! The Spa is awesome. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Housekeeping is consistent! The service is outstanding! This trip, we went for our anniversary. I worked with VIP & Club Services Manager Marcela Vazquez prior to arrival to arrange local flower delivery and other in-room surprises for my wife. Communication was consistent and she was more than accommodating. Check in is always a breeze - there is NEVER a line! I spend 70% of my time IN the pool! The service and attentiveness there is also excellent! Gama and Mariano are both the best at what they do! Thanks, guys!

All of the staff were friendly, super helpful and made our trip fun. There were two that were exceptional. The hostesses in the buffet Pamela, and Ivy. They put my Spanish speaking abilities to the test everyday, and coached me on phrases. The location of the resort is perfect for exploring the neighborhoods for small out of the way restaurants, and it’s close to the Malecon!

It was such an amazing place to be at the staff, especially our housekeeper by the name of Maria Ibal greeted us with such friendliness, kept our rooms, extremely clean.. her beautiful smile made us feel like we were at home and part of the family. Jorge at the pool bar made the best drinks we can ever wish for.. such a memorable experience that we will never forget. By far a -five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️resort.

Oliver and Ringo are the best! They served us throughout our one week stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family visits 2-3 times a year and have never had any issues. We definitely recommend it!!

Lo siento no habla espanol. I had the pleasure of visiting PVR for the 8th time and stayed at the Sheraton for the first time. I enjoyed the pools, beach, and amenities. HOWEVER I oddly had an exceptionally good time in the buffet. I can say if you visit the Sheraton, request Ruben, Alfredo and Elfego. These gentlemen made sure our drinks were always full, our belly’s were always full, and laughter was non stop. Andrea, the hostess was welcoming daily. These 4 made us feel like we were at home with family while in paradise.

This resort is in a perfect location. I give the staff 6 stars. They treat you with respect and first class. They have all the recommendations. The rooms are always clean and perfect. I also want to take a minute to praise the spa. It is 100 percent one of the best I’ve ever used. The massage was amazing. Very professional

Front desk Staff can barely speak English, unlike many other Mexican resorts. They trick you into upgrading to the executive lounge access by saying you can get free breakfast, lunch and snacks, but it is not clear that the lounge is not the regular buffet restaurant. They make you think you are getting the 30$ USD buffet, while all you get is some bread, fruit and pastries for vegetarians. Barely any veg food in the lounge. So, be cautious of any upgrades they offer.

We decided on a last minute trip to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the great pool and the famous Sunday brunch we heard so much about! The staff was amazing, from check-in to check-out the staff went above and beyond. Our room had a great view of the ocean and pool. The room was updated, clean, and roomy. The beds were comfortable but the sheets felt damp which was a little off-putting. We didn't do the All-Inclusive the first night because I wanted to go to Umai for my birthday dinner. I love Umai and it does not disappoint. It is a bit pricey, but the service and quality are top-notch. Check out my review of Umai on our page. We also wanted to try this famous Sunday brunch that is not part of the all-inclusive, or so we thought. It was communicated to us that the all-inclusive doesn't include Sunday brunch, but it seemed to us that it was the exactly same thing that the AI guests were eating. I was super disappointed with the brunch quite honestly. For the cost and the fact you can only drink mimosas, it was way over-priced. The food was so-so and the omelet station line was 30 minutes long. Every breakfast buffet should look into the order through app system that the Buenaventura has where you order through the app and you pick it up when it's ready. It just makes sense. The brunch was fine, just nowhere near worth the cost. The one saving grace is the incredible Mariachi band. They were excellent. And the servers never let your mimosa glass go dry. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The pool here is a huge asset! It's so much bigger than many other hotels. Also, if you hate swimming in hot water, we suggest hitting the pool early, especially after a rainstorm. When it's hot outside, the pool is no longer refreshing by the end of the day. The tennis courts were a huge perk, well-maintained and great service. We were very underwhelmed by the food and if we go again we will steer clear of the all-inclusive as there are many great restaurants around the stadium and in the area. I love this hotel. Yes the food is not that great. But the location, the room, the bed, the view but most especially the staff here is what will make us come back! A special mention to Erika Flores, Juan Rosas at the buffet, Victor and Saul at Gaviotas. Kudos to them for the extraordinary and above and beyond attention and service we received.
