My family’s first time in PVR! Most definitely a beautiful resort with great hospitality but one that made it the absolute best was Jorge! The best pool server who constantly had us feeling comfortable, happy and our drinks full. Went with spouse on honeymoon. Nice amenities, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I would recommend this to anyone wanting comfort of a hotel and access to PV downtown within walking distance. We tried to borrow bikes as advertised on their website but chose not to use them as the bike equipment were not in great condition. We were not confident that they would be safe.

Great location, good food and friendly service. A smaller, more intimate resort in downtown Puerto Vallarta. We have visited this hotel for the past 6 years, staying from 5 to 14 days. Would recommend it to those who prefer a smaller hotel to the mega resorts. Close to the Malecon and downtown.

Several pools and bars. Gym is available. Food in restaurants is all good. Service around the pool is very attentive (shoutout to Celso who looked after us all day!) Start the day early and you’ll leave merry af.

All staff was super friendly and nice. Too bad we had a really bad experience with the concierge selling us tours for a discount if we attended a 90 min sales presentation about their hotel membership. First of all we found out the tour price was not a discount (same price online) and secondly the presentation lasted much longer than 90 min (we left after 2h 15min) and still had to wait another 30 min to get the vouchers for the tours. So basically he lied to us and the whole thing took away half day of our vacation time. Not a good thing to happen first thing right after you arrive. The room we booked was super nice (Deluxe King Ocean view) and newly remodeled; we also enjoyed the food and drinks a lot. Unfortunately both of us became victims of Montezuma's revenge and got sick. We didn't drink any tab water, so not sure if it came from the food or the iced drinks. The pool area is nice, but to crowded at the weekend. Also for us the music was way too loud. If you like it more quiet, stay there during the week.…

I like the distribution of the Hotel, you don´t have to walk a lot to get to the beach or the restaurant, everything is great, clean and people are very nice. The food was delicious, drinks were cool and delicious and the room was very comfortable, shower is great!

Overall, it’s not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would also like to shout out Celso at the pool bar for saving the vacation. Other than him, we encountered discrimination from the hostess at the buffet, rudeness and hostility from the front desk, general uncleanliness, multiple broken amenities, and false advertisement. The upgraded ocean view room was a view of the street. Most linens were stained, and most silverware was dirty. The buffet was never fully stocked. We paid for spa treatments, and the jacuzzi amenity was broken. They wanted to charge us for getting more than 2 bottles of water in our room during an excessive heat warning in PVR. The front desk treated us like criminals for wanting our wristbands loosened as to not cut off circulation. The buffet hostess discriminated against a member of my party due to his sexual orientation. For an LGBTQ-friendly area like PVR, this hotel was decidedly anti-LGBTQ. Hotel staff was also taking pictures of guests without consent, which raises a variety of safety issues. Also, due to the uncleanliness of the resort, my entire party caught COVID. We did not venture anywhere outside of the hotel, so we had to have caught it there. Simply put, my birthday trip was ruined, and we will not be returning.…

We arrived early but the friendly lobby staff held on to our bags while our rooms were prepared. We were able to start using our wristbands to go grab lunch and jump in the pool. Once checked in, we were very happy with our room and loved the view we had from the balcony. All the restaurants were tasty, and the wait staff very helpful. We typically ended up on the roof top bar in the evenings and the staff there was fantastic, the bartender and server were very very nice. We even had an impromptu dance party one evening. The excursion desk was very helpful in shepherding 9 people to make a decision on our boat tour thru Vallarta Adventures. Very quick taxi ride to the marina. We walked to the Malecon daily, sometimes a couple times a day - really easy stroll to get there and back. Check out and getting a taxi was super easy, and it's a very quick ride to the airport.…

Actually, we are still here or second day out of seven days Food is OK Even the specialty restaurant is just OK. Get used to getting picked on? If you don’t speak Spanish There are no tank tops allowed at the Buffet Did not know that so we change but if you are native it’s ok !!! If you smoke on the beach, they will tell you you can’t so we was OK with that. then we come to the pool Native smoke at pool When we ask how can they and pointed them out , nobody do anything about it Thank God for some great employees who making it so far pretty good vacation pics one of the management, but never got an answer for a couple hours now We recommend this place to a lot of people and bring friends with us. I don’t think we’ll do it again.
