Our 4 day stay at Hotel Casa Dona Susana was relaxing and comfortable. Although it is in the heart of Zona Romantica, it is on a quiet dead end street just a block from the main drag and only a few blocks from the beach. There is construction nearby but I couldn't hear any of the noise in our room....

Stayed Summer 2016 by myself for a relaxing weekend to cap off my summer in Mexico. The hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants, markets, and the beach. The room was beautiful and completely immaculate. The king-sized bed was a cozy cloud. Luxurious showers and refreshing AC. However, the best part of the hotel is the Chief Butler, Bonifacio...

Stayed the first week of January. The hotel is a small charming old hotel with a rooftop pool. Love the place. But the a condo is being built next to the hotel and the construction went from 8 am until 8-9 pm. Woke up to it everyday and came back to it at the end of the day. A few...

We recently returned from a 5 day stay at Casa Susana in Old Town PV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we did encounter a few problems. Firstly, I requested a balcony room upon check in and was obliged with that. Nice, large balcony but a bit too noisy during the day to enjoy it. We had a non-working safe...

Right in the middle of where you want to be. Parking availability. Great staff, King size bed (with a box spring!) Cold a/c if you need it. Restaurants, bars, money exchange, safe area. There was construction going on around the property on this trip😏 . Adults only, beautiful roof top pool. Access to other pools and facilities with sister properties...

We stayed just for one night and picked the location to be near the Los Muertos pier to take a water taxi the next day. We were there just before Christmas, so very busy season in PV. We were so pleased by how charming and comfortable the hotel was - lots of gleaming woodwork and everything well maintained. While I'm...

This was probably one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. I really enjoyed my room it was everything that I could ask for and more. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful. Also so close to the restaurants and the beach. I will definitely stay here again

This is a well maintained, old-style hotel, well situated 2 blocks from the pier, with a lovely courtyard, good service and a nice room with high ceilings, Mexican art, tile floors and a balcony. The hotel includes the use of the beach and pools at the Los Arcos hotel. However, sitting in those small pools with hundreds of others did...

My fourth visit here. Looks like they have done some nice renovations, especially to the bathrooms. Our room this time was much more spacious and very clean, as always. The staff was very friendly and our favorite, the rooftop pool, lovely as always. They have made better customer service options: nice coffee machine and cookies in lobby in morning and...

The place is ok for the price, however, it was missing essentials like Klinex. The rooms are not very sound proof and there was construction all around the building. Pillows are hard so you might want bring your own. The plus is that you have access to Hotel Los Arcos which has a decent pool and beach chairs and shading.
