We spent six days in a great suite with good service. The pool and hot tub were comfortable. Loro de Oro is located only a half-block from the cultural center of Mazatlan, the Plaza Machado. We were in close proximity to 10-15 quality restaurants, including music venues and one with a dance floor. This is a small facility and the...

A lovely inn, w/comfortable beds softer than average for Mexico. Kitchen in our Junior Suite had ample filtered water, refrigerator & microwave, toaster & coffeemaker. The breakfast nook facing Calle Constitucion was ideal for my late night internet surfing while not disturbing sleeping spouse. Great place to watch life go by heading for Plaza Machado in the center of Old...

From the first email to Tony to the final goodbye, the Loro de Oro experience was exceptional. Our hosts, Tony and Lucy were very attentive to our needs, provided a clean room, nice kitchen and a relaxed feeling that you would expect when on vacation. The location, just off the Plaza Machado and just blocks from the Olas Atlas made...

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the Loro de Oro inn last month. The location is half a block from the main plaza in the historical centre which has great dining and lots of entertainment. It is also a short walk to the malecon and its attractions (beaches, sunsets, dining options). The room was very...

We were thrilled with our stay at Loro de Oro Inn! Tony is a great host, Lucy is lovely and the place is amazing. Our only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer. The way they have designed this hideaway is brilliant with beautiful plantings, a lovely pool and a wonderful outdoor cooking/ dining/ lounging area. We didn't...

The room was large, and furnished with traditional Mexican furniture. The bathroom was tiled in bright colors. All the utilities were fully functional including the air conditioning. The price was very reasonable. Best of all, the owner, Tony, helped make our stay in Mazatlan a memorable one with all his helpful insights. Almost forgot, the location is so central that...

Wanted to be in Centro Historico in Mazatlan and could not have found a better place. We had the studio with the balcony overlooking the pool and patio. Absolutely delightful. Style and decor 100% Mexico. Pool and courtyard with spaces to lounge or BBQ or just sit and sip cervezas or tequila.Tony and Lucy are the perfect unpretentious host and...

It's in a really fantastic location right near Plaza Machado in the heart of the Old Town. Tony, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time in Mazatlan. It is also really well priced. Highly recommended. Thank you, Tony!
