The Inn at Mazatlán was everything we wanted. Service superior, ocean view, in your face, amenities, all we could ask for. We even were able to use the photo service, Ponce Studio. We all have phone cameras, but the pictures Ricardo with Ponce took of our honeymoon sealed the week with beautiful memories that will live beyond our time in this lovely, friendly, romantic destination.

Stayed here many times over the years. This was the worst. Elevators are a disaster. We were stuck in the middle elevator for 10 minutes. Alarm button didn’t work. Had to call front desk for help. Other guests had same issues. Right elevator wouldn’t let us off at our floor. Management didn’t seem to care. All the guests were complaining about the elevator issues. Also, management allows people to reserve chairs and then show up at the pool at lunch. Even though they have a policy against it. They refuse to enforce it. Positive is good location in Golden Zone and beach access.

Centrally located and plenty of cabs. No problems getting anywhere. A little worn and needs upadting. The counter in the kitchen had super tiny bugs and the bathroom too.beautiful view and nice play area for kids and two pools and direct access to the beach.

I arrived and the staff lack customer service. They don't do room service until late. I was forced to rent a Pent House because the room they tried to give me was outdated and smelted horrible. The Pent House wasn't cleaned properly before giving it to us and was missing chair cushions and covers that were never brought to us and after I let them know this on a daily basis I wanted to talk to management and they just wouldn't let me talk to him. I highly recommend that any individual that is interested in visiting Mazatlan stay elsewhere.

The Inn at Mazatlan just gets better and better. The rooms are clean, beds comfy, views from balcony amazing. We return every year. The landscaping is beautiful. However, it is the staff that makes this place shine. They are attentive, unobtrusive, and fun. The true test to their team work from the gardeners and maids to the top managers was how they handled guests during a direct hit hurricane. With power outages, building damage, rains and high winds they were out mopping flooded areas, guarding people away from dangerous areas and sweeping up broken glass. AND they offered FREE meals because their ocean side restaurant had to close. We ate amazing authentic Mexican fare for Tuesday dinner and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Wednesday. The elevators were out, so they offered the buffet on the third floor events/ballroom. They even showed cartoons in one corner for the children. All while maintaining strict Covid protocol. Mazatlan is rated the Covid safest level and The Inn excells at this. All this and The Inn is situated between two islands which makes the body surfing amazing. And seashell collecting is awesome. For the super adventurous there is parachute riding, kayaking, sailing, banana boat rides and jet skis.
