Nice grounds, pool and staff. But will most likely never stay again and we thought we had found a gem. Groups keep showing up and we a stuck here for 5 more days. First group took up the whole front of the place so everyone else was pushed of to a corner. Then yesterday another group showed up and partied... More

Overall, the best value in Mazatlan! Ocean front, top quality pool ocean front. Swim up bar and Jumbo drinks 55 peso's or 3.00 dollars US. Happy hour daily 2/1. Excellent friendly service. Location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Please check it out!

This resort is located right on the beach with its own private beach location. Te service here is good. The hotel needs some attention in areas but overall a great place in perfect location near to public transport and close to everything. Room service was frequent and very precise and took requests for extra towels quickly. The room we had... More

We walked in and received such a warm welcome again. Our room was perfect; quiet, with excellent maid service, and a beautiful view. The poolside massage tent was an added bonus this year that we all took advantage of. Our favorite destination!!!

We loved this hotel. Stayed 5 days out of our quick week long trip. I am picky and found it perfect. Fabulous staff, very clean, beautiful grounds and beach, good location, safe, fridge, great food, great happy hour. Wi-fi was perfect everywhere. We had a lovely ocean view room (which I would recommend). We've decided that Maz is where we will... More

Good location, close to many restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff and clean, up kept rooms and grounds. The pool was awesome and is right on the beach. The only negatives I had were little to no wifi. There were a couple days with no hot water for showers, but the maintenance staff worked hard and fixed the problem. Will... More

I loved staying here and would definitely go back! My room had a gorgeous view of the beach and pools, and I enjoyed sitting on the large deck sipping tequila and watching the sunset. My family was staying in a hotel nearby so I stayed here alone and I felt very safe and comfortable.

A great restaurant called OASIS with 2:1 drinks. With salsa and chips and tortilla soup with bread at 40 pesos, a great evening often repeated. Ricoroberto our favorite waiter. In the hotel is also a coffee bar where a large cappuccino and warm sweet bun costs 37 pesos and then you sit in the bar area overlooking the ocean. Rosie... More

I was very excited to stay at this hotel since I had seen so many good reviews but it all changed as soon as I arrived. I went to Mazatlan in November of 2015 with a few family members. Our stay was not very accommodating, the front desk personnel was a bit rude, the phone in our room did not... More
