This place could be a really nice place to stay, unfortunately it isn't so. The rooms barely have any maintenance, they are pretty dark and have no ventilation, and it doesn't make you feel like if you are in a clean space. The host is really kind and gave us many good advices. Prices are in dollars, so it wasn't... More

We stayed here for a month. It was our best and most wonderful hotel. The staff treated us like family. We joined thier holiday celebration. I have stayed many places in mexico since but long to go back here. We will be returning for a month in 2015. This place is a little old fashioned and very mexican but that's... More

Hi. We stayed at the Fiesta Apartments for 3 days; from Jul 23 to Jul 26 2014. Owners are very nice people. The apartments are clean, they are 100% Mexican style and the price is affordable. The only opportunity area that I found is that the apartments do not have WiFi or Internet. Regards, Ricardo

Did not stay at this property; as I immediately encountered problems with the Owner during my initial inquiry. Despite the fact that their Website provides insufficient detail regarding their specific rental units, when I sent a simple email for more detail regarding the particular units that were available, and specifics regarding the required deposit, along with reasonable identification associated with... We stayed at the Fiesta Apts for 2 weeks in Nov and Dec. 2013. Yolanda is a sweet heart and Robert is as nice a person as you could want. In reading some of the previous reviews I think there was some confusion over the price of the units does not include maid service. We knew that before we arrived... More

The apartments Fiesta are located in the Golden Zone, in the residential area of Gaviotas. Their complex is at the end of two streets Ibis and Rio de La Plata. It is usually quiet and relaxing in the garden where I enjoy surfing the internet, reading a book, or my favorite taking a nap. The owners are fantastic, very nice... More

Feb 2013 I stayed here with friends who have stayed here for years. This is not a luxury hotel with amenities. This is a nice , inexpensive , quaint , quiet place to stay only a few blocks from the ocean. I traveled alone so I stayed in one of the smaller units and it was perfect. It had a... More

I been staying at the Apartamentos Fiesta in Mazatlan for many years. It makes me feel as if I was at home, the staff are friendly and helpfulI, reasonanable prices, love the garden and the mexican rustic decoration. The units are very cozzy, comfortable and original, not like the hotels in the Golden Zone that all look alike with no... More

Upon arriving and meeting Linda the first words out of her mouth were " I didn't realize you were so young..." Although that didn't stop her from taking our money. I felt insulted right off the bat as we saved our pennies and are living in Mexico for over 3 months. Upon our arrival we were given strict rules on... More

We have just returned from 7 weeks in Mazatlan at the Fiesta Apartments. Last year we stayed for 5 weeks and next year we hope to stay longer. One of the great things about the Fiesta is the location: only a 2 minute walk from the beach, but far enough off the main roads to be quiet and peaceful. Our... More
