Starting our 2nd week at paradise. PB Maz rocks. Pool bartenders, waiters, activities crew and everyone else from front bell staff and desk make you at home. We come here every year for a reason. The staff are very gracious hosts and spoil you. Vacation here a and you will return.

We love Pueblo Bonito in Mazatlan and have been owners here for 20 yrs. The resort is 30 years old and showing its age, but is in great shape. The beach is magnificent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The entertainment crew has improved over the years and works hard to keep you entertained. The activities are fun... More

At the front door of the hotel there is a sign that says that the hotel was opened in 1987.. once you enter.. it does feel like that not a single day has 1987. This was a last minute trip to Mazatlan, there to see a sick relative so it was not a regular vacation and planning to just sleep... More

let's say a few years ago you found a perfect, high class and yet reasonably priced, low key resort hotel in mazatlan. it is right on a great stretch of beach, the restaurants on site are fine, the pools are large, so are the rooms, the service is way above average and it appeals greatly to a mature clientele. wonderful!... Had a very nice time at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan..two pools...good food...accommodation was great. Bus stop outside hotel. Mainly time share but quite a few of us 'all in'. Lunch was super by the quieter pool...can recommend this hotel for all ages.

The is one of the nicest all inclusive resorts my family has been to. We stayed 1 wk beginning of April so very quiet. Staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests. Our ocean view 3rd floor jr suite was lovely. Beds had mattress toppers (I don't complain about the firmness of mattresses in Mexico after travelling to... More
