The attrntion of the employees towards the costumer is very outstanding! We would love to give a special thanks to Dalice the activities girl. She was very helpful and fun! We did tequila volleyball, water excersises and much more.

The Mayan Palace is nice, it sits next to the Sea Garden and Ocean Breeze. The Pool area is excellent and the beach area is relaxing. The staff there is outstanding. The Concierges go out of their ways to make you feel special. The majority of the staff are bi-lingual and go over and above their jobs. The one drawback...

Our time here was so fun! Everyone was so nice! We spent a lot of time by the pool and they were amazing, Dalice was very friendly and everyone there too. House keeping was always great! The food was really good! I recommend this place to everyone who comes to Mazatlan!!

We have this time share for years and yearsband look forward to coming back each year. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. So Mazatlán has been known for its Beautiful port it was recomendad to me by a vert close friend. So I decided to try it out and I loved it it was the best experience. Its not a very big port and also you dont need much money. The hotel Mayan Palace is a very good choose to stay at....

This hotel is not only great it is an awesome experience for all the family! There are activities in the pool all day long each hour!
