Although this hotel is part of Vidanta resorts, doesn't have the quality of Mayan Palace, but is located in a good area with not too much people. The swimming pool is small compared with others swimming pools of Mayan Palace. The beach isn't crowd. The hotel is far to the downtown and the principal attractions and activities of Mazatlan.

We stayed at the Mayan Palace last spring and found the hotel beautiful, The beach was good and so was the room. Although the balcony was quite small the patio doors completely opened so it was like being on the balcony while in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the cleaning staff excellent. Although this is a timeshare...

Amazing resort, good restaurants,Walter is the best. He's a beast and a papichullo with all the girls. He has a sample room. The beach is great. We human art at it. The waves r a blast to be in. The pools r cool as well but the small pool is better for the kids.

Quality of food at the complex's facilities, whether poolside, room service, or restaurant was excellend. All facilities are kept neat and clean. Be sure to book a beachfront view as the sunset is spectacular.

Of course a microwave. Quite spacious. The beach is gorgeous. So easy to walk on. There was a bar on the beach for your libations. Many...

Having visited 2 other Mayan proprietary in Mexico, I unfortunately took for granted that the Mayan Sea Garden in Mazatlan would be just as good. My mistake. Nothing opulent, breath taking or even interesting about this property. The buildings are 40+ years old as is the room decor. I will say that as far as functinality, our 2 bedroom was...

Walter was very accommodating and nice! Easily my favorite person at the hotel. When deciding hotels I recommend this one just because Walter is so awesome. They just redid the pool and the water feels so awesome too. Go find Walter.

We have had a wonderful stay at this resort so far! The staff is helpful and there are many reasonably priced activities to take part in. But, Walter Kelly has by far been our favorite! He is the activities coordinator. He has invited us to all of the special activities and we have enjoyed them all, from Casino Night to...

Excellent professional massage in a very relaxed setting… One of the best massages that I have ever had by a therapist who teaches other massage therapists. Massage can be arranged by going to the front desk Highly recommended. Very affordable.
